Date syrup is fantastic as a sweetener replacement, instead of honey or agave, it’s not typically used like maple syrup. Buuuuuutttt it also helps with anemia, it’s full of iron and folic acid. Maybe try it in a brownie recipe as a sweetener and then you’ll have to eat the entire tray for “health reasons” 😉😉
I sold Cutco knives way back in the early 90's. I purchased the rep kit and have been using them since. The chef knife is my favorite it's balanced really well. Break them out and use them you won't regret it.
For Notebooks go to the thrift store and look in there office supply section. Brand new or barely used notebooks. Just rip out any used pages. That's what I did for my kid for notebooks for school last year. Spent about 25 to cents to a dollar. ,👍😊

Date syrup is very tasty, eat it with cream cheese in a sandwich, add it to cookies and cakes, mix a little with eggs and add it to bread dough. I use it all the time! Long shelf life too.

The ninja creami isn’t a blender! I have one and we absolutely love it! You freeze what you want to use in the containers for 24 hours. Then you “spin” it and the blade cuts it all up going down and then back up. It sometimes needs to be respinned. There’s a helpful Facebook group. It is healthy! Like just a can of pineapple makes gelato. Our fav is strawberry cheesecake Dannon light and fit yogurt, strawberries, a bit of almond milk vanilla creamer and then the rest almond milk. Yummy! Those are just some quick recipes so you get the idea. I’m not an ice cream fan, but everything we have made is refreshing! By the way, I’m a teacher and listening to you on my way to and from work has helped me keep my sanity and collect myself. Love your vibe! -Lisa
We have hodge podge cutlery too! But no point in getting a nice set. My husband will grab a fork or a spoon to take in his lunch and it will never make its way back into the house! Never to be seen again lol.

I so wish we had a Costco, close by here in Port Charlotte, Florida. It's so funny that you mentioned that you only use the fitted sheet and not the top one. I have been doing that pretty much all my life, and the big joke with my family is that when they go into my linen closet, all my top sheets will fall, from years and years of hoarding them! ( I guess it's a Kim thing).Maybe I'll try to sell them all on eBay, some day, LOL! I have been using them however, on the floor when I paint. Seems to work good :-).

Also, we all got those Pendleton Sherpa blankets last year and we absolutely love them! So soft and warm... The large Thermoflask water bottle is AMAZING!!! It keeps my ice water icy for over 24 hours and helps me drink more water throughout the day!! And the one I got came with 2 different lids, one with a straw and one with a screw top small mouthpiece!!

Oh Kim, you have no idea how much I need this video today. I’m sad, scared, nervous, angry….I have to be put on hormone treatments because I’m OLD apparently (I’m only 44 😞). Really because of peri menopause. It sucks. I need to smile and laugh and live vicariously through you for a bit. This wasn’t at all what I expected to hear at my appt today so I’m a little overwhelmed. But my mom used to always tell me to “take everything one day at a time, one step at a time, and just breathe”. So that’s what I’m trying to do. Thanks again for the awesome video! I hope you (and your family) are doing well. You really do put a little bit of happy in my day! 😊
Oh no, sounds like you had a rough day! I went through menopause at the age of 32 because I had a total hysterectomy. I never took any hormone replacement therapy and, you know what? Aside from a few hot flashes the first couple weeks after my surgery, I had no issues at all. I kept exercising and eating really well. Of course, everyone is different. If you are really opposed to it, you might want to consult another physician. I hope everything goes well for you - best of luck. 🌷
@@susannovak8263 This actually was my second opinion. I guess I just had high hopes that her opinion would be different lol. I’m just nervous/scared because I guess adding the estrogen hormone can increase the risk for uterine cancer….which is what my mom passed away from (after complications). But they are giving me progesterone as well because I guess that is supposed to “fix” the problem with adding the estrogen. I have the prescriptions for everything but I’m waiting to fill them so I can research some more. I knew I would go through this early in life as it seems all the women in my family (on my moms side) have. But it doesn’t make it any easier. I asked for a hysterectomy and they told me I can’t have one because I don’t have a medical reason to remove it 🤦♀️. I don’t need it anymore lol. I have 3 kids that are grown (for the most part lol. They are 25, 23, & 20). I’m done needing that stuff 😂. Oh well. It is what it is. Oh! I have also tried some natural remedies that just didn’t work well for me, but a few of my friends have had success with them. Like you said everyone is different. My body is just stubborn I guess. Kim, you get a price adjustment at Costco. They can look it up and you will get a refund. 30 days from. When you bought it. At target too sometimes I just call and get a price adjustment you just have to have the order number or they will look it up in the store on the card you use. Take care 🌺🦩🦩

We always take a cooler (with some ice packs) to the store, and do the freezer section last. This way we can still get home before it... melts. LOL! Thank goodness we live a couple streets from our Aldi (and we still have to hurry, yes we're by car).
We have always kept batteries in a large shoe box. It came free with the purchase of large shoes. Can’t beat that with a stick.

The large Thermoflask water bottle is AMAZING!!! It keeps my ice water icy for over 24 hours and helps me drink more water throughout the day!! And the one I got came with 2 different lids, one with a straw and one with a screw top small mouthpiece!!
This set does come with the 2 lids, I just recently bought one. The straw lid is on the actual bottle
Careful when buying cutlery/ flatware... the forks can be sometimes very sharp on the tips.

I honestly have been binge watching your videos for almost a month now I'm 25 weeks pregnant this week and I can't relate more to anybody on the internet right now than you you're my favorite person we love you Kim! Oh Kim, you have no idea how much I need this video today. I’m sad, scared, nervous, angry….I have to be put on hormone treatments because I’m OLD apparently (I’m only 44 😞). Really because of peri menopause. It sucks. I need to smile and laugh and live vicariously through you for a bit. This wasn’t at all what I expected to hear at my appt today so I’m a little overwhelmed. But my mom used to always tell me to “take everything one day at a time, one step at a time, and just breathe”. So that’s what I’m trying to do. Thanks again for the awesome video! I hope you (and your family) are doing well. You really do put a little bit of happy in my day! 😊
Oh no, sounds like you had a rough day! I went through menopause at the age of 32 because I had a total hysterectomy. I never took any hormone replacement therapy and, you know what? Aside from a few hot flashes the first couple weeks after my surgery, I had no issues at all. I kept exercising and eating really well. Of course, everyone is different. If you are really opposed to it, you might want to consult another physician. I hope everything goes well for you - best of luck. 🌷
@@susannovak8263 This actually was my second opinion. I guess I just had high hopes that her opinion would be different lol. I’m just nervous/scared because I guess adding the estrogen hormone can increase the risk for uterine cancer….which is what my mom passed away from (after complications). But they are giving me progesterone as well because I guess that is supposed to “fix” the problem with adding the estrogen. I have the prescriptions for everything but I’m waiting to fill them so I can research some more. I knew I would go through this early in life as it seems all the women in my family (on my moms side) have. But it doesn’t make it any easier. I asked for a hysterectomy and they told me I can’t have one because I don’t have a medical reason to remove it 🤦♀️. I don’t need it anymore lol. I have 3 kids that are grown (for the most part lol. They are 25, 23, & 20). I’m done needing that stuff 😂. Oh well. It is what it is. Oh! I have also tried some natural remedies that just didn’t work well for me, but a few of my friends have had success with them. Like you said everyone is different. My body is just stubborn I guess. Kim, you get a price adjustment at Costco. They can look it up and you will get a refund. 30 days from. When you bought it. At target too sometimes I just call and get a price adjustment you just have to have the order number or they will look it up in the store on the card you use. Take care 🌺🦩🦩

We always take a cooler (with some ice packs) to the store, and do the freezer section last. This way we can still get home before it... melts. LOL! Thank goodness we live a couple streets from our Aldi (and we still have to hurry, yes we're by car).
We got the big reduce water tumblers last time, they're great! Ice stays ice FOREVER! It does fit most cup holders!
