@@JentasticJourney I actually make chicken thighs and wings in my convection oven and don't put anything on them. They turn out great! They get a very nice brown crust and are yummy.

I feel I’m back on track now and will keep going. Clothes are feeling looser and I feel stronger physically too. I’ve been consistent with the rebounder too.
Great job! Those rebounders are supposed to be amazing. I’m glad you are having good results. Yes you can use fresh cooked chicken breast but you need to really shred it fine. Then still dry it out in the hot oven. That’s for watching and for commenting!

The wings look great. Old Guy Carnivore has some great recipes. One thing he does is use pork rinds as breading on his wings and other foods also.
Yes, we use those sometimes. But they are not needed on these wings. Amazingly delicious! Thanks for the comment and for watching!
