New look is rubbish the clothes haven't kept up with fashion or styles and demands probably gone down especially when you have online retailers like boohoo pretty lil thing etc etc
Completely disagree new look is better than boohoo or plt. So many problems with these online retailers the stuff is cheap shabby and I've heard people find all sorts of problems with items ie smell like piss, ripped. You don't always get what they show and returning items is a nightmare.
