- Pastor Jordan Rogers continues preaching through the Book of Revelation in this sermon on Revelation 5:1-14 entitled, "Worthy is the Lamb who was Slain."
Preaching this passage on Sunday, great in sight.
Wonderful breakdown of the Word of God.
One of the Best explanation i ever heard
May the Lord Jesus bless you, friend!
I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (April 29), Revelation 5:6-14 was the basis for our Sunday School Lesson of the Day. It was entitled "Blessing, Glory, Honor Forever." There are two hymn that go well with this Scripture, regardless of denomination. The first is the beloved hymn, "Shall We Gather at the River," written and composed by Robert Lowry (1826-1899), and "You Servants of God," written by Charles Wesley (1707-1788). I look at 1899 and think of my maternal grandfather, who was born on May 1 of that year.
Amen

Great teacher!
Awesome teaching.
Thank you, this was touching and kind, I'm in alot of pain daily, and my time may be short, as I'm a believer in Jesus yet, I know we are all mortal. Bad heart pains. I don't want to go to the doctor. So, please send prayers up for me. Ty. And thank you again for this, if I pass I believe I will see you in Heaven. God bless.
Joshua, thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. I'm grateful to the Lord for how he has used these sermons to bless you. I am praying for you now, for the Lord's healing hand and for His direction for you.

Oops. I sort of made a mistake. Instead of Shall We Gather at the River, the hymn should be "Blessing, Honor, and Glory," written and composed by Geoff Bullock and David Reidy. Though "River" is a good hymn, too.
