Milwaukee isn't perfect, it has many of the same problems as other big cities, at the same time, Milwaukee has a lot of great things too. No surprise that Republicans in Wisconsin trash Milwaukee. The Milwaukee historical society just had an exhibit on the city’s blighted areas. It’s no secret that parts of Milwaukee are in decay.
Parts of every city are in decay. He will be staying by the downtown waterfront which is gorgeous and more expensive than us plebians could ever afford. It just shows how the reality that he is an affluent jerk who looks down on average working Americans. His base really has no idea how disgusting he finds them to be.

If he stays in Milwaukee, he doesn't cash in on his stay there, but if he stays in Chicago, he can cash in on travel and stay expenses for his Secret Service team. It's all about money and how he can get something (mostly money) out of it
