That was part of the reason he decided to play another year of college football. He intended to go to the NFL after this season but the draft grade he got back and not having the opportunity to show what he can do at the senior bowl made him decide to stay in college.
As an OU fan for 25 years, combining the player and the person, DG may be my favorite player ever. He's about all the right stuff and totally love the guy. Pulling for him to tear it up next year!

Hearing what he said about OU is building with the new guys with them going to the SEC , I think because he said his goal was to play another year and try to win a championship, buy him saying that is that he didn't have confidence that he could do that with OU because of it being the first year in the SEC. I think they only let Seniors who are departing for the NFL play in the Senior Bowl. He’s playing at Oregon next year.
