DIY Magic Cork Board to Chalkboard Makeover

What do you do with a boring old cork board that looks like every other cork board?
Well why not add a bit of Rustoleum Chalkboard Paint to make it a Chalkboard as well a cork board?!?!?!
I loved being able to try out chalkboard paint because I never have before when it was all the craze a few years back. I was very impressed by how well it coated the cork as well as over the metal before I sprayed it that beautiful copper color!
Everything else came out better than I could've hoped for just trying out paints I had in my basement, so a bit of an experiement to see how it would all turn out but that's art & it should just be a ton of fun.
I hope you are now inspired to find unusable things in your basement to make something beautiful & cute that you'd want to use again.

Krylon ColorMaster Brushed Metallic Nickel Satin
