MEATBALLS WITH SALSA - A RECIPE FOR MEAT BALLS WITH AN INCREDIBLE TASTE!

Ingredients:
4 teaspoons olive oil

2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon smoked pepper (sweet or hot, to taste)
2 tsp ground cumin,
2 tsp ground coriander
400 g minced turkey,
½ bunch fresh coriander,
salt and pepper to taste.
For salsa:
2 ripe tomatoes,
4 tablespoons green onions
2 avocados
1 lime, only juice and zest,
½ bunch fresh coriander,
green chili (to taste)
drizzle with olive oil.
