Restoration Rusty Bushcraft Axe

- Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. I found this axe at flea market. There is a stamp on the head of the axe but I did not understand what it means if anyone knows please leave a comment. Thank you in advance!
Restoration process:
I removed the old axe handle and used electrolysis to remove the rust from axe.
I used a lot of file work to correct the shape of axe.
To correct cutting edge of axe I used anglegrinder machine.
For sharpening an axe I used stones and leather for final step.
I used iron brushes to removed the dirty dark color and only then I used iron chloride to get clean dark color on axe.
For handle, I used a birch tree for my axe.
Also, I painted the handle and impregnated it via linseed oil.
Finally, as usual I made axe test for you. I hope, you will enjoy this restoration video.
Sincerely, Alex. Thanks for attention!
Good luck and health to everyone! With best wishes, Alex!

I like that you can see tools and things you've restored hanging in your workshop. I remember seeing you use a bayonet you restored to do work on another item you were restoring. I like seeing little things like that. 👏
Thank you for your attention and interest in my work.
another great job. I laughed when you brought out the sniffing vaccuum...
I love your work it is great and you speak good English for a person that doesn't usually speak english.
I think this has to be one of my favorite restorations to date. I watch a number of different channels and many of them go for the "better than new" look. I love that you left this axe looking old and well-used rather than polishing it up to a mirror finish. Keep up the good work!
Thank you sir!
You are really starting to hit your stride when it comes to making these videos. The content is as good as before but the extra bits of style with a sprinkle of humor really make the experience more enjoyable. Thanks you and keep up the great work!
The seam of gentle humour that runs through these videos makes me want to watch the whole video instead of just skipping to the end. Great work, sir
Thank you so much! ^_^
I literally went “awwww” when the vacuum cleaner tube was making snuffling sounds like it was a nose. It was so cute and reminded me of how I used to make chores fun when I was little
I ENJOYED THE WHOLE VIDEO BUT "TEST TIME WAS MY FAVORITE PART BRO BECAUSE YOU WERE FEARLESS & COURAGEOUS & BRAVE BRO💪💪💪🦾
I really love your no nonsense approach to this craft. Taking old rusty pieces and making beautiful items that will last a 100 years.
Thanks! enjoy your work and like that you show the chemicals you use you've given me a new hobbie😁
Thank you so much for attention and support!!
Great job 👍
That was awesome! I liked the ending when you were testing it out on your belt! I laughed out loud when you busted up the plastic bottles! Humor appreciated! Talent appreciated!
So cool axe for camping I guess. Thanks for sharing. ❤💪
*Please stop apologising!* That needed no apology. Great work as usual 🧡
Thank you for understanding! ^_^
I am impressed with the amount of physical labor it takes to restore these implements.
Very nice!!! You always find such different axe heads to restore.... beautiful job!!
The stamp on the axe head is the makers Mark...Don't apologize, you do great work!!
Thank you for video, good luck.
I love the protective sheath. I'll have to do that on my axes
I really hope you get to sell these wonderful restorations. People would love to own something by you, I know I would.
IM SPEECHLESS!!!
Love this axe.!!
Fantastic restoration as usual! The blade covers you make are very unique.
I cant wait for another of your videos you never fail to impress great job.

Great Work!
You done good! Another great job! I really like the wooden guards you've been doing, and as usual I love the hair dye on the wood.
A really nice thing, what you have made there. Wonderfull. The test with the jumps was the best, hahahha.
I wish I had this much talent 😭 😭
Great video dude, enjoy your restorations! Keep em coming!

Very nice.
Another great video! I admire your work.
very good restoration dude, nice one . I think the "crack" is where the blacksmith joined the steel when forging, i found an old axe made almost the same way. found it in the netherlands
Thank you for attention.

Maravilhoso trabalho
Excellent work! You are getting better with each project, in this one the eye almost fitted perfectly. Keep the great work!
P.S: when you peel the rust off after the electrolysis was so satisfactory.
Another terrific restoration my friend! Hey, you got a new electrolysis container!
Another awesome job 🙌
Vídeo muito interessante, parabéns pelo trabalho!🇧🇷👏👍👍
Fantastic work. You still need to do a Tanto blade knife.
toll! gut gemacht
Very good job dude......
Good one!
Very good restoration 👍👍👍Thanks for sharing
great job!
wow your work is amazing, I do not understand why you have no more subscribers, greetings from Chile
good job!
The axe head bears the Trud Vacha forge mark. I am currently restoring a Trud Vacha (1kg) as the handle was bent and could not be straightened. I have replaced it with Birch handle that I made.
Great job I really loved the test time keep the hard work
Thank you!

Id love to see different colors used for the wood, other than that great job as usual
Eh I like it like this
A great jon. I like your work. All thumbs up. Your humor is perfect. Regards: Alex (Netherlands)
Thank you so much sir!
1:18 this is how clean the bottle was 3years ago, huh
considering it's the same bottle seen in many recent videos prior to the sand blaster
:D
It kinda looks like you put the axe head on upside down the longer point (beard) usually points down on most axes
Good vid!
nice
Great job, I see you've come a long way. Your english has improved a lot and you're using electrolysis to remove rust! But please, please be careful when working around that power supply you are using for electrolysis, even though it's turned off, it's still plugged into power lines and some capacitors may still be charged.
Super 👍
Loved the test, lol :)
Great upload. Very entertaining :)
Looks like a fireman's axe. The blade was a fine piece and giving it an improved handle was twice the charm. Or it was a woodworker/woodcarver's axe.
That thing bites deep

First good job man i like you videos
Great job my friend! I always waiting your projects. Thanks. ❤👍
Great video, loved part where you were going to use wire brush and realized you didn’t have one in bit.just sorta skipped over that.
