How to make a chef's hat out of paper?
Cut the card in half along the long edge. Also along the long edge fold the sheets of paper to a height of about 2 cm. Join the sheets together to form a long strip. Unroll the tissue paper and cut it to obtain a strip about 25 cm wide. (We don't cut the blotting paper to the end, because we don't know how much we will need. If necessary we will cut further).
Fold the blotting paper creating overlaps about 1,5 cm wide and 5 mm distance between them. Pin each overlap with a staple gun. All the time, align the tissue paper with the strip of paper. When both elements will have the same length. We can connect the ends of the blotting paper this time using glue. Arrange the tissue paper evenly on the table and fold it about 2/3 of its height (from the edge with staples). Wrap it underneath evenly with the fold line, then gather the ends together inside the hat and tie with string.
Grease the inside of the paper strip with glue and stick it to the tissue paper so that the narrow strip is inside the hat. The chef's hat is now ready.
