Many many thanks for the video. I like tractors since my very young age. I would've been like a kid in a candy store in that tractor show !! One thing obvious here : All those tractors got thru time because they were well built. I don't think today's tractors (year 2000 to 2023) will still be "alive" in 50 years from now. Too many easy to break features on them !
130 was im sure made in France and had a 4 cylinder engine as opposed to 135 three cylinder 130 was only rated at 30 horsepower 💪 then when the 240 Ferguson came out there was a 230 made as well 👍 good video 👍
Thanks Bob...the Duke n I kept looking at the tractor and couldn't understand why it wasn't a 135 ....lol every dad is a school day .thanks for the information 👍
Hard to imagine how revolutionary Farm Tractors for personal use were barely 80 Years ago actually. World War 2 definitely created a "Farm Tractor market" 🚜 🚜 🚜 🚜 🚜 as well as probably more famously a construction equipment market. Not sure how to measure "swords to ploughshares" post World War 2 (1948-present) so someone else will have to write that one.
GOOD VIDEO . I USE TO GO AND SOMETIMES SHOW UP TO ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO NEVER MISS ONE BUT GOT FED UP WITH THE PRICE TO GET IN IT AS JUST GOT TO BE A RIPP A BIT LIKE NEWBY BUT THAT IS WORST . THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THE BREAKFAST WAS £10 . USUALLY TO MARKHAM MOOR TRUCK STOP BUT IT WAS SHUT .THEY DONT LOOK TO BE A LOT OF FOLK ABOUT .IF THESE SHOWS DONT STOP BEING SO GREEDY THERE WONT BE ANY SHOWS .TRUCKFEST WAS WAY DOWN THIS YEAR . DUNCAN PARK WAS QUIT MASHAM WAS QUIT . THE PUBLIC JUST CANT AFORD THESE CRAZY PRICES ESPECIALLY FAMILYS . BUT THANK YOU FOR A GOOD VIDEO .
130s were made in France when I was a salesman for an IH garage I went to view one in Downpatrick to trade in against a IH 475 but was told by the boss not to trade it in at any money so I assume they weren't very good 🤔

As far as I know MF didn't put black exhausts on any British tractors till the 500 and 200 series came out in the 70s
