THE THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm whole milk
14 cup warm water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon olive oil (for coating the bowl)
Topping:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese

Just coming back to say I've made these breadsticks a few times now, and they are incredibly tasty. I cut back the salt by almost half, because I like to use them in dips. I've also turned them into candy canes for Christmas. Cheers, Ro and team!
