Apollos Beer Batter Recipe good for about two pounds of fish;
1 light beer of choice we used Corona
Mix in flour until you get a “batter” consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste.

could you make a video giving some tips or insight on becoming a guide, i just got my captains license and im planning to try to start guiding soon. i mainly fishing saltwater snook tarpon and red fish but i also enjoy freshwater. I live on lake osborne but i dont really feel like the lake osborne/ida chain guiding will be that good for the style of fishing i like. I enjoy fly and sight fishing mainly. keep up the good vids
