Thankyou so very much. Like others have said, this is the missing step. Im coming back to freqtrade after a year away, and your video has really helped.
Good job ! Perhaps you should explain how to design a strategy with a jupyter notebook before to copy it in the bot. Also you could explain the lifecycle of the different types of trades according to the entry and exit trend events. The best indicator is a mix of multiple ones.
Hello Veronica. I was waiting so long for this kind of content !!. I already hosting multiple containers and can configure the settings in the config but writing my own strategy was very difficult to get in to but you cleared a lot of things up for me a big thx :) Looking forward to more content.
@Gökhan Ünal its under the section Advanced Post-installation Tasks on the product main website. Studie the example they provide line by line. Or share me your git repo and i can take a look.
Hi, thanks for the video! I have followed exactly the same steps, then I get that "freqtrade command is not found". Any idea on how to tackle this issue?
Yes, assuming you are located in a country which allows trading Binance futures, when you create the config.json file you can select Binance as your exchange and it will ask you if you would like to trade perpetual futures. You should modify your strategy file also to allow this.
Can it automate statistical arbitrage with mean reversion where it calculates zscore and and opens two trades that are cointegrated shorting one and longing one?
You can co-integrate the entry and exit trends by programming the trading signals to relate to one another. And yes, you could implement z-score calculations by customizing your strategy file. I recommend looking at the freqtrade.io documentation and their strategies repo for gaining deeper knowledge on how to implement this.
Keep the videos coming, you're doing a great job!
