Love that kids are still kids as most 13 year olds are into being a grown up. Phones and make up and clothes all they want. Your oldest is still very young and enjoying being young still.😀

The comment about having the children sleep at the cabin and coming home Christmas morning being strange? Not to me. I find that GENIUS! 😂 What I wouldn’t have given to have that setup when my boys were little. Having to wait for everyone to fall asleep to “let Santa in” and start setting up their gifts? Exhausting.

we just adopted a dog named blue a she's a Australian cattle mix (shes 3 ) we went to my cousins house the other day she said you could name her bluey from that Disney show which we had no idea about she played the song ,she's a big Disney fan lol, we get the dog on sat. she will help heal our hearts after losing our other dog Liza 7 weeks ago we had to put her down she was 13 and very sick her kidneys and liver where no longer functioning .she was adopted from Tennessee as well we are from MA , You ?

Why is maddie getting stuff for younger kids
She just turned 13- everything she received is spot on for her age
She looks older because she is so tall.
I was the teenager who always got dolls along with clothes and makeup! I love that Maddie is so pleased with it all!!!
Kids grow up too fast these days. I love seeing Maddie still enjoying getting dolls and obviously wanting to play with her younger sisters. Wanting makeup and clothes and being a teen will come soon enough. Why rush it? ❤

I love kids having lots of toys but this is way overboard.
We definitely enjoy going overboard! I have 6 children & counting; The toys are well used & loved.
Some families, like ours, only buy toys and items like these for birthdays and Christmas. My children don’t get a ton of stuff throughout the year so we spoil them on their birthdays and Christmas.
Watching this video, I see a TON of planning on the parents part and maybe even shopping throughout the year when there are great sales. Kudos to mom and dad for making memorable family moments together and a magical Christmas for your children.
