It's really good advice to not be concerned with what people might be thinking or saying in terms of negativity. In truth, I don't think there are all that many people who'd be openly negative about someone trying to work on his or her own goals in the gym. On the internet, it's different, because it's really easy to just type away on your keyboard. However, if those people would be working hard in the gym, they would not have the energy or interest to be negative to others. I don't think there are many people who are negative in any way here, because your channel is very helpful and friendly, so it doesn't attract those who thrive on negativity. And if someone is negative or seems so, maybe it's that person wanting to help anyway.
Liz's squats were looking better than last time ;) Really. I'd have her do fives, so her technique becomes more standardized quicker. When doing sets of 10, fatigue can set in.

Awesome Vid Loz and Liz. especially for the info on grip strength. I've wanted to get into strength sports, but I feel I don't have a good grip, so thanks for the tips...also if I want to do strong man I only way 75K so i don't know how I would do. Plus. I love the concept2 rower. I've actually done a marathon on that in the past, but if I want to get into strength sports (power lifting/strong man) wondering what are good workouts to use the rower for conditioning and not hurting muscle gains/recovery from weights

@Big Loz Official and Liz, Many years ago I convinced my wife to go to the gym with me, she had lost a lot of weight just doing cardio on a gazelle at home while I was away for work, to help strengthen and tone her body. She was self conscious at first but after awhile she became more confident. She still goes twice a week plus she runs at home on the treadmill, something she said she would never do (20+ miles/wk). She is more consistent about going to the gym than I am, which is good for her bad for me but it is also hard sometimes for me to find a gym or time to train when I am out of town (excuses, excuses). So don't worry Liz your confidence and abilities will improve with time and with Big Loz as your coach and partner you will be awesome. Respect and admiration from 🇨🇦.
P.S. love the vids, keep up the great work.

Dude... You just explained my life in a nutshell. I've been Feel ng like that when it comes to certain weights as well. Maybe no on your level but on my own level I'm shocked that the weight even feels heavy to me because it was light weight just a week ago (not really a week ago just saying in the past it was so light I was doing 10 to 15 reps with it). But you're looking amazing brother. Keep going and I'm sure you'll find a place in the middle that you'll like.

I am 65 and used to use very heavy weights and was the strongest and biggest guy in the guy in the gym and always had a lot of fans asking how to do this and that. Now my wife and I live in a 55+ community and they have a gym so I alternate between there and my garage gym. I am not as strong as I used to be but every thing is relative as I was training at the
Senior Community Gym (which is free ! Hey I’m am an American but my Scottish blood makes me a cheap bastard) I was doing five rep sets with the stack on the selectorized incline which would have been like 30 reps+ in my prime and a guy comes over and is amazed that I could even do the stack. So I can relate about the strength loss but they though I was Superman in the Senior Gym. So Einstein was right with His Theory of Relativity. Ha !
