yeah so when it come to admissions you have to go on the web site and go though the admission prosses by sending and application to filling out fasfa to whole bunch of requirements so in my opinion I say keep calling the school admissions and emailing enrollment they should be able to provide credible steps as an out of state kid my requirements were hard to do but you should be find most important thing is to fill out fasfa

U are made to shave your head their is a barber on campus who is free but it easy to shave yourself
