1. Explained the basics of internal table, understanding of internal table properties like workarea, body and in-built header line.
2. Different ways to design the internal table with the actual data declaration.
3. Options to fill the internal table: Manually and from the database table.
4. Explained how to fill the database table data to the internal table for the above designed one.
5. Showed the structure and data of all the different design of internal table in the debugging mode.
6. Introduced CLEAR keyword to delete the data from body of an internal table.
7. Explained the ways to read the data from the internal table for the different target like report, screen programming and so on.

Hope, you are trying to keep more field values to your internal table. Like 10 fields values to a IT which has only 8 fields.
