    Good to find this channel. nice relaxed and informal way of conveying some very important about Badminton training. it would be good to identify topics well in advance such as comparison of different style of plays-plus and minuses, Some basics about footwork, different grips, strokes, various badminton equipment available, injury prevention and management, diet etc. i am sure you guys will come out with something worth watching as I enjoy watching Antonsen's game. All the best

    Liked the training of creating muscle memory for flicks and dribbles. Very nice.
    Was also wondering, Anders, if you have certain Danish phrases and words that badminton players use. It might be amusing to learn a few such phrases in each of your vlogs. This way perhaps we can ‘get’ what players are muttering to themselves or to their partner in doubles. 😀

    Great vlog Anders! It would be very interesting to see a video on what weight training exercises you do for a whole workout. Also, I am a nutrionist and would be curious to know what you eat on a daily basis and also if your diet tends to change the closer you get to a tournament? Like for instance, if you will be playing in a much warmer climate, would you supplement your food and water with more sodium, potassium and magnesium?

    I have a question Anders, what are your thoughts on running? I noticed many European style trainings do not focus on running while asian players like myself always do plenty of running.

    • @AndersAntonsen_official
      @AndersAntonsen_official  2 роки тому +74

      Hmm running is definitely great cardio training. But it’s also tough on the body. A lot of extra stress on ankles, knees and hips. Areas on the body that’s already under a lot of pressure from the badminton training. I think with cycling and assault bike you can train your cardio in a way that’s more easy on the body. Personally I stopped running because of some knee injuries back in the days.
