- One serious problem with young black people, according to New York Governor Kathy Hochul, is that they’ve never heard the word “computer.” True! That’s what Hochul recently said, all in an effort to come across as compassionate but which was, in fact, merely insulting and patronizing.
Jimmy points out that during the pandemic every New York City public school student was issued a laptop, so they might just know what a computer is.

Not to mention that many states give them away for free, especially states that require and ID to vote.
