I've never been so scared in my life like in the moment when Midna was holding onto dear life while on my back. I was searching like crazyy where to send her in the town, when, the cat in front of Telma's bar helped me. That shit was scary af. I was litearlly scared that she would actually die. Makes me wanna collect money to buy another Wii and replay it.
I was half way through, but sadly I had to give it away with all my games (I kept Twilight Princess and Mario Kart lol).

The ONLY problem i have with the song in the actual game, is how many enemies come, and that music covers Midna's Lament. I end up sitting somewhere just listening to the music.

This point in twilight princess was when I became infatuated with Midna.
I love your remix btw.
It was definitely a turning point in the entire story line. Midna became less interested in amusing herself by teasing link and more involved with the actual saving of hyrule and her people’s. I believe that was partly due to Zelda infusing her energy with midna and giving her life for her so she could help link.

Soupah Mario Hyrule Warriors looks as though it is going to be independent of the timeline. And the Legend of Zelda timeline idea, even the one in the Hyrule Historia is kinda just a farce. There's too many inconsistencies to make it actually work.

Devilechidna It can make sense, but there's still inconsistencies. The timeline was an afterthought, so things there were true in one game have to be forgotten/omitted to make the timeline fully true. It's like the differences in the two trilogies and the tv show of Star Wars. They make a narrative that works all together... as long as you forget a few things and omit others.
Piano music always hits me in the feels when its intent is to be emotional, whenever I play the part of TP where you have to save Midna before death always gets me to tear up a little, especially in her desperation to help her people when you talk to her during that time...

Hmmmmmm... in my Opinion Ocarina of Time is the darkest of them all... It's been very long since I played Ocarina of Time, but it is scary as fuck, compared to the others. The 'dark' feeling did not touch me in Twilight Princess tbh. But that's just the opinion of a random guy, noone is interested in XD

When I say remastered, I re did the song so the mastering and mixing is better and I change some settings on the synths.
And I'll do Groose's theme some time in the future after all this remastering or sometime in the middle of this remastering. Everyone loves Groose after all :P

It’s been six years and I wish and hope for another Zelda game that has Midna in it or any game that has Midna as a important character, right guys. Because right now we we don’t even know what’s going on in Midna’s life since they didn’t extend her story much outside of twilight.

When a dubstep song is based off another song, it shouldn't go to far off the lines of the basis song. Otherwise, it sounds just like a bunch of techno-noise. Love the beginning, dislike the middle.
yeah thats how i feel with his zelda songs, love them but the bass drop in the middle kinda breaks the mood.
Normally i would dissagree, but in this case the middle takes a while of sounding pretty different, then it goes back. i like it, but (in my opinion) its not as good as dark world/song of storms.

Saying you like apples compared to oranges is just fine. It's fine to like a different flavor than another. We can agree to disagree there. I have to draw the line though where the apple is rotten shit.
Fact is, this guy didn't put a lot of effort into this song. I've heard some good dubstep, so I'm not saying dubstep is bad. I've even tried to relisten to the song to confirm my hatred. I'm open minded like that. It's extremely jarring though for somebody to claim they are remixing a song with dubstep when in fact what they are doing is creating generic dubstep beats in whichever way they fancy, whether it actually works well with their choice of remixed song or not.
This is not midna's lament. This is two songs: Midna's lament dubstep, and then Generic Dubstep the other half of the video. At the very least, you have to concede this.

JCD Bionicman I listened to it again, to see what you were talking about. I didn't really notice it the first time but I do see what you mean. About two minutes in it loses the melody for a bit, with just dubstep by itself without any melody, but most of the song still has the song there. I don't really critique music that much so I don't reeeeally care personally, but there are parts with the song there at least, so you're not entirely right about it just not being there for half the song. It's just small bits where the dubstep completely overtakes the actual melody, but then it comes back in underneath it.

You're listening to the wrong dub then. Look up Zmix, Fytch, Spag Heddy, Mitis or EH!DE. You are right though that dj-Jo lost the melody. Would be much better if he incorporated the subs into the main melody @ the beginning.

your second is what grinds my gears. Techno is a completely different concept in the spacing of the drum beats and variation of tempo. Where mostly mid-high spectrum synths are the main in techno, dubstep focuses more on the sub-bass, the bass and the high end for its music. The drop, a good drop is a mix of rhythm and melody.
So you're just going to categorize the sounds in a whole area of music as noises? that's insultin' as hell.
