Wow. I'm not even a stan but I'm seriously impressed. A large group (particularly a girl group) using all it's members to the fullest to create beautiful imagery. Honestly, I like most choreographies from groups, but it's rare that all the members are incorporated as well as this. The only groups I've seen do this exceptionally well are NCT, Seventeen and now LOONA. The synchronisation, the fluidity and chemistry between the members is so beautiful, and they create incredible illusions with multiplying the members by hiding some behind others. Whilst I'm a not a huge fan of their songs, I wish them the best, and I hope this song gets lots of awards at the end of the year award show season! Good luck to all of them!
It actually is easy if you have even a smidgen of coordination and rhythm (I have absolutely NO coordination so....) And if you have like 6 hours of free time a day for 3 years as well as can focus on one person and learn their choreo (I also can't do that either)
The craziest thing about this choreography is that LOONA performs it with such grace and skill that they make it seem easier than it actually is. I expected it to be difficult, but it was only after learning it at dance class that I realised how hard they must've worked to get to *this* level of polish. It's insane, they definitely deserve rewards for this.
Their synchro is amazing, the outfits are basic but are elegant at the same time. They remind me of seventeen to be honest. They deserve *way* more recognition, hopefully they are one of the top 4th generation gg. *Loona Hwaiting*

Gotta be honest, some of the best choreography I've ever seen - especially for a girl group. The switching and transitions between the number of members dancing, the variety in moves, the symbolism of the moves - all of it is exemplary. The choreography plays with the music itself and the lyrics as well - my favorite part not gunna lie is 1:08 when they all sit in the diagnal - perfection. Also, some of the best sync I've seen from Loona yet - the last full choreography of theirs I've seen was the favorite live from their showcase, and let me say that they've worked really hard to improve their sync and it def shows. During favorite, they were all doing the same moves but timing was off sometimes - here, they almost move like a unit. They're getting on the way to join the top ranks of KPOP groups with the best sync. Best part of this choreo though, the moves don't have an extreme emphasis on being specfically feminine and yet the song's emotion still comes across. It's difficult to explain, but there are certain moves sets that when you watch them - you would automatically associate them with a girl group. Essentially, the general air of the moves - and what a choreographer might be trying to focus on is the feminine nature of girl groups. Here, we do see more feminesque moves (ex: 1:35) - but that isn't something that comes comes across with like every other move. Take a good portion of the moves individually and you could put those into a boy group choreography as well (ex: the entire 2:48 - .3:06 stretch) Tbh, the femininity of the dance isn't really that important - but I just like how they were able to portray the song so well without going for a majority feminine moves (if that makes sense XD).

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who loves how this choreo doesn’t follow the classic gg stereotypes, and a lot of the moves and choreo are moves you wouldn’t really see girl groups doing. And I love that about Loona, they’re unique and they can pull this off amazingly well and I hope they continue with this kind of choreography because I feel like it fits them really well. My favorite parts are when they pull themselves up from the ground with their hips and the half-grind part (idk how else to explain it? they weren’t grinding but it was close to that move) those are classic bg dance moves so I love seeing them do this

They only debuted in 2018 but they have 32 music videos because they started revealing all the members and three subunits each with an own song/mv/concept since 2016. If you want to learn their names you just have to watch them in the right order from first girl Heejin too their last sub-unit Loona yyxy and their debut songs favOriTe and Hi High. They also have great non-title tracks btw.

The imagery portrayed is brilliant and the moves are so sharp and smooth at the same time, props to the girls who are always in sync they're like a female version of SVT. For anyone having problems with 1:00 :) Look at Chuu first. Before she stands up she pushes her legs to the front. She also does it early, with one leg ahead of the other. It will give you more stability. Try to do that. It will give you more strength if you leg strength isnt that good :DD

daamn, still can't believe this didn't get nominated for mama-award. This is one of the best kpop choreographies I've ever seen. Can someone give the choreographer an award, 'cause this dance is just genious; the accents on differwnt sounds in music, the effect of using levels, ripple effects, "shadowing", the way of representing the butterfly stages and wings, variation of moods and styles. I'ts amazing!

the fact that butterfly didn’t get them a win based on choreography makes me very angry, the formations made with their bodies and their movements are very fluid and serene, it’s arguably one of the best choreos in possibly all of kpop, the syncs are so captivating and every second is just pure grace and beauty, i’m about to throw hands with everyone who didn’t choose butterfly
I’ve never really been interested in Loona, but after listening to Yves’ “New” I started liking her then I came across Loona and Saw this choreo and I’ve gotta say, Best GG choreography I’ve ever seen. Better than the groups I Stan.

i never knew im gon need this in my life, seriously the most beautiful choreography i've ever seen. i watched several stages and now this like everytime i saw it, the more beautiful it gets. to think there are so many of em, it's also a very complicated dance for a girl group. praise to the choreographer. idk how to move on from this, they are really great ! the way they dance so damn smooth and sync. this is perfect.
