1996 NASCAR Busch Series Stanley 200

The race was originally supposed to run in May but after 2 consecutive days of rain it was postponed. This was the best available slot on the calendar. Friday morning during the July Winston Cup weekend at New Hampshire.

I may have my own copy of this that was taped off TV. It's definitely Nascar Bush series and I do hear complaints of rain at the beginning of the broadcast.
