Its a sad state of affairs when simple engineering work of a road construction is hampered due to corruption and corrupt officials making money on files for approval specificially fwo nha along with their contractors. How can a nation survive in the longer run if such corrupt officials holding keys state positions are offreed to work against the state ? Of course, they will be compromised and ARE being compromised !
this was awarded to civil developers for years. last year they gave contract to FWO and speed is much higher ..... this will be delivered at fast pace as FWO has much better reputation ....
