Mì mặn là do chế xì dầu quá nhiều....muốn ăn thì phải thử đồ có vừa hay không mới thêm xì dầu hay nước mắm ,nếu muốn ăn ngon phải nếm thử nó trước !
I’m so glad you enjoyed the food! My grandfather started this eatery after migrating from China and handed down the business to a relative before moving to NZ then Australia
Yes, this is an excellent noodle shop. I went back to visit Vietnam back in May 2023, I went to eat at this noodle shop many times. It is very good 👍
Hi Chris, thanks for the recommendation! We tried this today after watching your video last night.
The dry noodles, and the wontons were delicious 😋
The people were a bit hard to work out to start with, but soon started smiling after I showed them your video.
Hey there chris … what can I say apart from there’s nothing taste better than a bowl of authentic Chinese noodles .. and a bowl of broth ..brings me back to my days of travelling in China .. of course with noodles the best way to eat them .. is to drop your table etiquette and just slurp them up with absolutely no hairs and graces.
I’ve noticed you’ve started saying listen to the sound of me biting into whatever ever you have in your mouth ..😰😱
As always respect to my fav carrot top travelling foodie …
🙏🏻🤙🏻🫶🏻
Chris is the national pride of Vietnam
My late grandfather is the original owner of this noodles stall. I went back last year for a visit.
I admire you both and your videos are awesome ❤❤
Ngon quá ạ, nhờ anh mà em hiểu biết hơn nhiều về ẩm thực Việt ❤
We usually eat at this noodle store. Its noodle is in old style home made. Chris did not pour in some broth to adjust the taste, and that why the noodle was salty.
I love it when you guys are together ❤😊
The truth is that I praise them. With those temperatures, drinking pork bone broth, etc., deserves a prize. You eat there and I sweat here. Although the old noodles in the oldest restaurant in Vietnam look good. 😉
Chris and Max, good vid. 🫡
Every time I’m in Saigon I have to stop by this shop, they have arguably the best in town. I was there 3 weeks ago.
Can I have the address please

Love your videos mate. Keep it up
Hi Max & Chris có một bữa ăn mì nước ngon miệng nhé thấy hai bạn ở Việt Nam vui vẻ quá 😄😄❤️❤️
Chinese art design of that old style food cart goes back decades ago. Hahaha
Sate or satay in Chinese is 沙茶. You probably seen that during your years in China. It's popular in the Fujian and Xiamen areas (沙茶面).
To enjoy this kind of dry noodles, we have to add 2 or 3 spoons of that broth that came with it. use the chopsticks to mix them well so that the noodles turn a bit soft and coated with the sauce at the bottom. keep doing that while you eat. Then you can taste the difference. It's good.
Thank You to Both of you Guy's Share the Best children hood Noodle in Viet Nam
Hi! Chris, in cantonese, there are two meanings of saying thank you, one is If somebody gives you st you can say 多謝,and another is when people help you can say唔該
took me a while to learn this as a kid. 多謝 is like...thanking for the gift/item/praise. 唔該 is thanking for the action (like passing the salt shaker).
Though this gets tricky. 多謝 is passing from owner of an object to you. like someone has a personal packet of tissues and gives you one because you are sneezing. 唔該 is used if its passing of a communal object as well. If you sneeze and someone grabs you a tissue from the communal box on the table, use 唔該 .
my head hurts LOL
Classic running from the summer eays down pour. Watch those floods!
oh hell yeah another video
Only fresh food in Vn and I loved that when I was living there for about 6 months during my latest visit.

WOW Dude! That thumbnail:. "Anaconda Chris". 😂. Chris's standard order:. I'd like one of everything on the menu all mixed together in one bowl. Now that's good eating, my friend. 👍 You guys are so much fun.
Hay quá bạn ơi! 👍
I'm eating the same thing right now and watching in Texas. Loaded up on the liver.

I loved it in Vietnam. Awesome driving rules and no square city blocks. Talk about getting lost so easily. Hahaha you think you can go one block up and one block over....WRONG! TRY NO BLOCKS LMFAO. I think "normal" city blocks would bring Saigon to a standstill! CHRIS CAN YOU FIND THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS AND SHOW THE HOLE SHOT FROM RED LIGHT TO GREEN LIGHT? IF YOU WANT DIFFERENT AND ARE YOUNG AND HEALTHY THEN YOU OTTA TRY VIETNAM! LFG
LFG

Ok i agree Chris is a nice guy but I hate one thing about him 🙄
He always calls max a farmer.. and I can see how max get nervous
Yuk. The cook seems like a nice guy but uses no gloves (bare hands) while cooking food then lights up a cigarette as they leave 😛
