what about 1) spare tire? 2) AVAS Acoustic Vehicle Alert Systems (when electric road vehicles are reversing or running below 20 km/h ) that all new types of electric and hybrid cars to be fitted as from 1 July 2019
I seriously considered the C-HR but I'm 6ft3 and with my driving position (seat all the way back as far as it goes) there was ZERO room for rear passengers. The boot was also quite small. The fact it didn't have Android Auto was also a deal breaker. I'm glad Toyota are finally seeing sense and fitting it as standard.
Samuel - but in which car in this class do you have better leg space on the rear seat? I have same long legs as you and I actually found that the space (sit behind yourself test) was the best amongst others in the class.
2:00 Small. Crossovers to me need to be the next step down from a real SUV. They need to be close to it. To me a Crossover is in the middle but leaning towards the side of SUV, while the mini ones and in the middle but leaning HEAVILY towards the side of a car. I mean you can't even get this in AWD AND JUST LOOK AT IT'S HEIGJT COMPARED TO THE MAN! Lol I'm 6 feet and my Rav4 is 5.5 feet.

Hi! When will you test the 1.8 L hybrid??
I never liked this car at first , I see more of them now and they are starting to grow on me
I will get mine end of january in this titanblue with 184 PS as a hybrid car. I wait for this car since IAA 2017.
Still love this car, will most likely be my next someday

Do you think the interior material quality and sound insulation are at a premium level?
Nice review. That needs to be brought over to North America.
anasim yeah I’d buy the hybrid of this or the corolla hatch hybrid
As a Hybrid more mention should be on fuel consumption, how far the battery can take you. How far the battery can take you on a full tank.
the battery is not set out to have a certain range, just works as a buffer
Would be good to see a review of the 1.8 hybrid. We have the current 1.8 hybrid and are thinking of changing to the updated car.
See it here m8: ua-cam.com/video/jYw2m4ZAYFs/v-deo.html
I just heard RAV4 is coming to the europian market as a plug-in hybrid at the second half of 2020. Any info about the c-hr plug-in ?
When I hear this gentleman speak it reminds me of Hans Landa in Inglorious Bastards lol
Wtf why isn't this version available in the US???
My same exact question, we get like the base trim and they get all the fancy tech
I am so upset the Toyota CHR AWD Hybrid is not coming to USA. Is there ANY way I can write Toyota or something that can get this done differently.
As of right now, you have to buy one outside the U.S. and pay to have it shipped here.
Looks like we’re running out of number plates in belgium😅😂

Toyota has some funny humor. They switched front cascading turning indicators and moved to back side :D
Was it so hard to have both sides....
I'm guessing the back lights are more watched at, the front don't show as good with the headlights. :p
why do you need indicators? ;)
when its comming to the us ?
Hi Thomas! Good for two people only! Rear seats ? Trunk for2 trolley! Any you did a good job. Take care
Great review, as usual!
Any idea when, or if at all, Corolla Hybrid (TS) 2020 is coming (in Europe)?
Thanks! Yes. We ll test that one again very soon with a special feature
I think most of crossovers are ugly af, but Toyota C-HR looks cool. This and Nissan Juke are the only ones i can think of that look good
do Geely brand available over there? i have to wonder how they have evolved since they own Volvo and Lotus.
The C-HR "Concept" is a much better looking vehicle than the Toyota "Hybrid". SHOW MORE OF THE CONCEPT!!!
Toyota is the only car maker with worsening fleet MPG in the last 3 years.
Hello Thomas. Great review. In the UK we won't be getting the 1.2 petrol in 2020. Hybrids only 1.8 and 2.0 litres. Nothing to do with brexit lol :-)
Thanks for the info Andrew! In Germany the 1.2 petrol also just has a very very little share
@@autogefuel It seems that the CHR hybrids are very popular in Northern Ireland.
Would you buy this or Mazda CX-30 ?
UA-cam search autogefuehl Mazda cx30 to compare
Welcome in Belgium :D
Looks like Portugal tho :p
Haha Thomas! I also said the same thing as you when I saw the rear for the first time
😁
MPG on the drive?
should be all in the review, if not, for sure in the longer version linked in video description/pinned comment

Looks nice
Why Belgian license plate tho?
that will be explained in the longer review coming up =)
@@autogefuel Ok thnx !
Cause toyota importer for EU is in Belgium.
@@abuliam8861 Ohh interesting !
Chr hybrid?
yes?
The toyota chr’s front looks like a toyota rav4 but small version 😂😂😂
AWD???
not available
Even now, every time I see one on the road, I keep telling myself "What the hell is Toyota doing with this design! It's like an origami gone rogue".
Wouldn't want to sit in the rear, dark and claustrophobic.
4Figgis try it first. I thought the same, but when my mum bought her, I was surprised how amazing it is :)
Well, it looks like you're in luck. The controls are in the front.
I wait to new Toyota Yaris 2020.
Seen our review? ua-cam.com/video/7sOLs8IQKhE/v-deo.html
I wish it was a EV !
I like the car but the features are quite disappointing.
First time I see a reviewer making fun of such a car, in so many concepts. Disappointed
u can said what ever u like.....toyota is bargain car for buy.....
😎💯👌
carroceria del 2016 ya es antiguo y la palanca del cambio sobra siendo automática horrorosa me tiro para atrás
I think the older CHR was better looking
Ugly and poor visibility. Why?
toyota design for me, one worth = ugly.
I shared this to my friend. He fell madly in Love ASAP. Toyota did a great work 👏 🤍🤍🤍 I believe I will buy CHR one day. White
Good choice
Shoulda shown the backseats folded down. I don't need backseats.....
