I think various types of tasty breads (and burgers) are available at Pakistan though I am not sure if some of those got colonial flavors or not. Burgers made in Karachi (Almadina, ninja etc) are made with chickpeas, lentils and even with chaplikebab patties. Also, someone from Lahore appears to offering quite a unique style of burger as well (meat patty is baked inside a clay pot), which we never heard before. Tbh, until I saw your video, I never heard of any famous burgers from Vietnam...pardon my ignorance~lol. The thing is, media still comes up with horrible stories of agent orange. I would just add that Pakistanis are slowly getting there to franchise their speciality foods, but they are simply not there yet (globally like McDonald’s etc.) (Perhaps they need to watch your videos and know what you mean :)
