I had the privilege of hearing from pastor Chris Hill in Atlanta in November 2014 for the youth workers convention, and he spoke of Mr. Green, and the role he played in his life. I can say I share a lot of your experience as well, as a child! God really got ahold of me in 1996, and my life changed for the good. Your testimony is so encouraging, and Chris Hill spoke on the impact of youth ministry, and the draining part of it. When you feel as if you're ready to quit I watch his video again, and remember the calling God has on my life! I work with Jr. high, and high school students these days, and I will always remember the verse Chris illustrated so well when Jesus said "whoever puts their hand to the plow, and looks back is not fit for the kingdom!" I'm all in, and to God be the glory in Christ Jesus.
