Netflix's Sweet Tooth ending doesn't answer every underlying question explicitly but wraps up each character's story in a satisfying and heartwarming way. Even though Sweet Tooth season 3 covers one of the darkest arcs from the original comic book series, it softens the tone by making many narrative changes. In the beginning episodes, the third season of the Netflix series feels more like a journey where Gus, Big Man, Bear, Wendy, and Dr. Aditya travel to the Great North to find answers about the "sick" and the origins of the hybrids.
