I have seen videos of little kids going underground finding those shimmers. Some lose their lives. That’s why I try to buy minimal as possible or buy something I will use for sure. It’s really sad seeing ppl having big collections and going to waste
I'm all about not having a lot of stuff. I remember when I was a minimalist before it was a thing/ trend. Essentially, I only had what I needed/ used, maybe a couple of things I wanted. Now I have a collection. Anyway, I have stopped over consuming, and I am currently on a low- no buy in life. I'm enjoying using what I have, I've given away things I don't like can't or don't use. I just can't bring myself to fully declutter 1. Money waisted, 2. I love my makeup (just have to much), 3. Fear, I'll miss something I got rid of, 4. Potentially repurchasing if I really miss it, 5. Money wasted. 6. Waist. I did put away a lot of makeup in attempt to see if I will truley miss it, I have an ongoing project pan, which I have seen success, I have empties, I rotate my products in attempt to get use and show them them love( successful), I journal my collection, I've even tried a personal shop my stash ( unsuccessful). I also stopped watching hauls/ recommendations. I also don't purchase things when I watch influencers. Should I just throw it all away?
I can relate to so much of this!! I’ve been project panning for years and I haven’t bought makeup in so so long, and then I recently realized that most (if not all) of my makeup is expired and I will never get full use out of it. Going forward I know I will only purchase something I intend to get the full use out of! It’s a complete mind shift for me since I was a collector for so long but I realized I wasted so much money 😭
@Kendra Christine so much money. I didn't start "collecting" until the start of the pandemic. So most of my things are new/ new to me. Hey the first step is admitting you have a problem! Thanks for sharing
Love hearing baby boy in the background!
I got rid of a lot of my makeup too. I've been using bronzer for my eyeshadow and I like how simple it is. Great job decluttering.
Simple is definitely so much nicer in this new season of life for me! And bronzer as eyeshadow is so quick and easy, i love it haha
Gosh I almost saw your pain getting rid of all these pallets 🥺 great job tho, I’m so proud of you! Now you have space to live and breathe
It was definitely hard! It was a collection I really enjoyed but you’re right… freeing up that space has been so refreshing for me!💛
Great job, Kendra! Decluttering is so satisfying. Lord bless you and your family. ❤️
Thank you Rachael❤️🙏🏻
I love watching makeup declutters! You did great! Congrats on your beautiful baby boy ❤
Thank you so much!! Being a mom has been amazing so far 🥹❤️
Have a great weekend. You have been added to my list of woman who have mastered to job of decluttering makeup.
You inspire me so much to declutter and organize!💕💕
It’s such a good feeling afterwords!!💛
I love declutter videos! I’m big on minimalism. My husband, not so much lol. You’re doing amazing!❤️
I can definitely relate! I’m much more of the minimalist in our household too 😂

You did a really good job downsizing your makeup... makeup gets old, you're saving time and it feels very nice to clean your life!
