- Summary
The NIV Audio Bible read by David Suchet has been arranged into daily readings to help you listen to the complete Bible in one year. In this digital download version, there is a portion from the Old Testament, the New Testament and the Psalms or Proverbs each day - each on a separate track, to make it easy to navigate.
Ever since he became a Christian at the age of 40, it was Poirot actor David Suchet's dream to make an audio recording of the whole Bible. In between filming the final episodes of Poirot, David Suchet spent over 200 hours in the recording studio to create the very first full-length audio version of the NIV Bible spoken by a single British actor. It is now available in the popular Bible in One Year format, both on MP3 CD and as a digital download
Help me do good, Father. Help me serve you with fear and obedience and prudence.
Bless you David Suchet!
Beautifully read thank you
Something new occurs to me each time I listen to this. Romans is clear and to the point.
I just looked up David Suchet and discovered he grew up with no religion and as an adult he read Romans 8 in a hotel room and that’s how he found Christ.
When I first came to believe Romans especially chapter 12 and 8 were my favorite chapters in the Bible.
Thank you for sharing that about David Suchet, I did not know that.
Same. I grew up with no religion. Spent decades looking for "truth", only to end up with what was right in front of me all along.
Luke 13:5 and many more say”Except ye repent you will perish”
Thank you very much!
Romans is Paul’s masterpiece on God‘s grace and the fact that we are saved by faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone, and our salvation has nothing to do with our works such as: good behavior, endurance to the end, & obedience to the promptings of the Holy Spirit. However, our spiritual growth, discipleship, & extra rewards in heaven do involve those things.
Romans 8:14 would disagree with your statement.
Salvation has nothing to do with good behavior?…seriously?
You need to reread all the epistles.
@@dfruthfirelocks3493I was going to say, this person seems not to have listened closely.
The repetition frightened me for the right reason.
