All Muslims of the world must condemn this mass murder of innocent people inside a place of worship. Further they must make sure that the murders are caught and punished. Sabeel Ahmad shoukd go to Nigeria and tell the Muslims to stop killing innocent people.

Religious minorities are accused of blasphemy which results in mob killings and they face obstacles in freely practicing their religion and continue to face discrimination and violence within Pakiatan society.
There are 40 different militant groups operating in Pakistan, with some 40000 militants in the country.
Women from religious minorities who wear clothes according to their religious and cultural background experience targeted harrassment. Minority women also face abduction, trafficking and child and forced marriage. Around 1000 minority women and girls have been forcibly converted to Islam and married each year in Pakistan each year during the last five six years.

1. A functioning Zakat institution & other essential Islamic institutions are essentially required for running an Islamic government, and must first exist before the government has the right to hand out Islamic punishments or punishments based on sharia law.
2. A true Islamic government gets the right to hand out punishments for stealing only after it is able to provide the basic needs of its citizens, as an example.
3. Purpose of punishment in Islam is not revenge or routine business, it is strong deterrence and the purpose is to preserve the rights and protect people from wrongdoings by others , and crimes do not happen as a routine in the presence of a strong deterrence.
4. A good analogy is atom bomb, which world powers have it for the purpose of deterrence and never use it, and we know the deterrence has protected citizens of countries from wars & bloodshed by these powers.
5. If it is a true Islamic society, there should hardly be any incidents of stealing or killing, because the deterrence is so spine-chilling, one would think twice even in worst state of mind..
6. Saudi Arabia has adopted some aspects of Islamic law or Sharia law, but if they have double standards, their government does not have the right to discriminately use the law.

The quote from the Quran at 1:09:17 (Quran 5, 32) is also a quote-mine. It is always trotted out by apologists, but they never quote the words that begin it, which are that this law was given to the children of Israel. The words are indeed a paraphrase of the Talmud, but Muhammad was saying that this is the law of the Jews but NOT of Muslims. If you read on, the next verse (5, 33) states that those who create "mischief in the land" are to be exiled, their opposite hand and foot cut off, or be crucified, depending apparently on the severity of the offence.
Scholars differ as to what precisely is meant by "mischief in the land", but most agree that in lands occupied and ruled by Muslims, "mischief in the land" includes speaking in public against Islam, mocking or disrespecting the Prophet or the Quran, and/or deriding or flouting the sharia. Extremists go further, holding that death is the punishment, wherever the offence is committed - hence the fatwa against Salman Rushdie, the Charlie Hebdo massacre, and so on.
The point is that this short passage actually means the opposite of what this speaker claims. It not only says that this law does not apply to Muslims, it says that anyone who offends their religious sensibilities is to be savagely punished.
The speaker is well verse in islam but he lacks the skill on how to properly explain.
He needs to know how to explain in the correct context of the quran according to todays modern age.
He tends to twist and turn, compare contrast and avoids answering questions explicitly and directly.
Dr Zakir should have done these lecture.
The Subtle Hey brother, everyone has its own role in this world. Dr Zakir Naik might not be created and given a role to explain things to those guests. So maybe only dr Sabeel can do that. He was also the one who made an initiative to spread the message of Islam to them.
Let’s just imagine you are in the middle of nowhere, let’s say in a jungle. Then you find a group of native people and you happen to be able to speak their language. And because you are a muslim, you decide to do dakwah to them. Will you, at that time, thinking “hm I will let zakir naik to come here and do dakwah to them....” you won’t do that, right? Beside cuz its kinda impossible at that time and at that moment to ask zakir naik to fly from wherever he is in the world to visit that specific jungle, we don’t know if if zakir naik knows their language and how to communicate with them.
So everyone has its own role.
Dr. Sabeel is given the role to spread and explain the message of peace to those people. He is chosen by Allah to do this.

"NAIROBI, Kenya (Morning Star News) - Islamists upset by a Christian-Muslim debate are suspected in the killing of a long-time evangelist in eastern Uganda who led many Muslims to Christ, sources said.

Confusing murder and goodness, in December 2011 Jordanian Sheikh Ahmad Abu Quddum said "If not for Jihad, Islam would not have reached us and all the other places....Here in the Levant, most of our forefathers were not Muslims, but they converted to Islam because of its goodness and justice."
To that, an interviewer said "So we are commanded to fight in order to spread the religion of Allah?"
"Yes," he said, "this is Islam's way of spreading."
And in February 2013, the hugely influential Yusuf al-Qaradawi said "Kill whoever changes his faith [from Islam]....If they [any Muslims since Muhammad] had gotten rid of the apostasy punishment, Islam wouldn’t exist today."
Nothing both favorable and honest can be, or ever was, said for Islam. Muslims are nitwits, barbarians, and liars.
The Quran reference at 0:55 is incorrect. The reading is from Surah 49 (The Dwellings) but vs 13, not 39. It sounds good, until you read the whole thing. The first three verses of that short Surah instruct deference to Muhammad, not raising the voice, not disputing. At verse 3, we see how the Quran defines "righteousness": "Indeed, those who lower their voices before the Messenger of Allah - they are the ones whose hearts Allah has tested for righteousness. For them is forgiveness and great reward."
So who are the mannered and the righteous? Why, the ones who don't dispute with Muhammad, that's who. If you do, you can't be "mannered" or righteous - and so Allah does not honor you, and you are not among those mentioned in vs 13.
So this reading, which sounds so pleasant, tolerant and inclusive, is a lie by omission. It's quote-mining - taking words out of context to distort their meaning. Do you think that "Brother Umar" doesn't know that?
"Salaam alekum" (peace be with you) is indeed the greeting between Muslims. That is also the response from a Muslim to a Muslim. To one who is not a Muslim the response is only an abbreviated "you also". Even that only applies to "people of the Book". Others, apparently, are not worthy of response at all. Muhammad, it is true, is rarely mentioned by name in the Quran. Nearly always it is by epithet, usually "messenger". There are thousands of those. This constant reiteration of the claim, and the demand for deference, is telling.
Islam is "a way of life". As the speaker says, it has just two qualifying beliefs - "There is no God but God, and Muhammad is His messenger". Fine. Nothing immoral about that. Maybe you think it's wrong, but OK, whatever. So what's the problem?
The problem is that "way of life". To actually live a Muslim life, there's a lot more, and the core of it is this: effectively, you have to live in a Muslim community, an "umma". You must eat only halal food. There must be no liquor or gambling or open immorality. Women must be covered up in public. You cannot lend or borrow at interest, so you can't use ordinary banks or finance companies. You must attend the mosque, and pay the charity tax. Your children should attend Muslim schools. These requirements favor the agglomeration of Muslim districts. Your marriage must be Islamic, not subject to the divorce laws of the kufir, and hence will usually not be registered. In fact, all the laws of the kufir are to be abrogated where they conflict with sharia, so you use sharia courts. And then there is the elephant in the room - the requirement for jihad.
Jihad. Books have been written - many of them. Of course, Muslim apologists will tell you that the word only means "struggle", and that this can mean only a personal and inward struggle for righteousness. Sure it can. But 95% of the hadith about jihad refer not to personal or inward struggle, although Muhammad is said to have called this "the greater jihad". Most of what the Prophet actually said about jihad was about "jihad of the sword", ie warfare. And he certainly did a lot of it.
And here's the thing: there's no doubt whatsoever that Muslims are summoned to jihad, at least in defense of Muslims and Muslim communities. Defense, sure, what's wrong with that? - but remember that any attempt to enforce kufir law on Muslims is an attack that calls for jihad in response. Laws, for example, that put women's age of consent to marriage at something greater than nine. Attacking Muslims anywhere - as for example, in Iraq or Syria or Libya, may be responded to elsewhere - as in Paris, or London, or New York. Mocking Islam, the Prophet, the Koran or the essentials of Islam is also an attack.
Sure, Muslims will individually dispute these readings of the Quran and Islamic law. Scholars argue about precise interpretations. But what matters is not that some Muslims or even most Muslims ignore, dispute or deny them. The point is that there is a substantial fraction of Muslims that believe and act upon them.
The speakers in this video may believe that Islam is a religion of peace. But they are lying about their scriptures and their customs, and that's not a good look. And when they tell you that Islam is peaceful, they fly in the face of facts that we all know.

Minority women also face abduction, trafficking and child and forced marriage. Around 1000 minority women and girls have been forcibly converted to Islam and married each year in Pakistan each year during the last five six years.

As i understood these things, i experienced healing miracles and the casting out of demons already thousands of times and many other true believers do too. Yay!

His life totally proves He is God in human form. So... Jesus is the manifestation of God in a human body.... "the Son" of God. He came to take the alienation away mankind got trapped in after the fall. He came to give us back the divine life Adam/mankind lost in its fall.
Because of this fall, a perfect Holy sacrifice had to be made. That is what God did in Christ! It shows His deep, pure, affectionate passion from Him to you/His creation, to restore you back to origin: Christlikeness. Walking in divine power and unselfish divine love.
Jesus walked flawless. Muhammed on the other hand....
Muhammed came after Jesus. He unfortunately never understood God's resolve for mankind's fall, wrote another story, called it the only truth, cutting of the real truth, leading millions astray from their godly identity in Christ. Heartbreaking.
But for those who take Jesus for who He is and ask to be filled by His godly Holy Spirit.....: divine life. Tangible presence of God, healings, demons running for cover, etc. Just as with His first 12+72 friends.
God will make you experience the full (godly) Life made possible through Holy Spirit.
So don't be afraid to leave islam. God can only be found in/through Jesus Christ.
Ask Him to fill you with His/God's Holy Spirit so He can guide you into truth and transform your life. You and God/Jesus are finally one again. He will open your eyes and give you Zoë (divine life). You will be growing into Him in all things. The life you see in Him and His first 12+72 friends.

I've read the Qu'ran a couple of times and I'm working my way through the Hadith.
The 'good' in them is borrowed from 'the book' (i.e. The Bible) whilst the evil in them is unique to Islam making good people (i.e. Muslims) believe a lie. Jesus's life was pure - Mohammad's (you answer that!)
Jesus was in the beginning (Genesis: Let *US* make man in *OUR* image), throughout the Old Testament (Abraham sacrificing Isaac, Egypt and the first born etc) and New Testament (Jesus said "I and the Father are One" - parable of the tenants where Jesus shows he is a Son and not a prophet). And the future (Romans 5:19 - because of Adams fall - Christ restored mankind).
Sorry to bring you bad news but are we expected to take the Qu'ran as the 'final word of God' when Christ completed it all? And why would God contradict 2500+ years of prophesy? Surely it sound's like someone known as 'the father of lies' who twists what God has clearly done. Saying 'Jesus was not crucified but ' and 'Only the Qu'ran can be trusted' is a way to blind people and rob them of their salvation.

Then we have the Old and New Testaments with unknown authors writing gospels according to Mark, Luke etc. Then we have the versions, St. James, Catholic which has more chapters than the others, Jehovas Witness. The Holy Quran was revealed, spoken exactly by the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) to his companions, memorised by them, written down in his lifetime. Then compiled and standardised by Abu Bakr RA and Uthman RA and sent out into the world. Even today there are hundreds of thousands that have memorised the Quran letter for letter, word for word. Every Muslim, from any sect has guidance from the exact same Quran as the Prophet (peace be upon him) narrated from the Revelation. This has maintained and preseved the Book's integrity and message 100%. There is a Quran that was carbon dated to his lifetime, not by Muslims but by Christians, and it is exactly the same as what we read today.
