Everything has become more of a profit making industry and this means that everything is arranged before the race even starts. Could the FIA define a rule that says all the teams must declare all the systems the car has back and that a diagnostic check is done via the brain ECU for any illegal changes. You should also repeat this check after each race on the first 3 cars to verify the legality of the car and the rightful victory. Since this very simple thing for such a big competition is not done very simply, everything is a profit industry!!!
