Idk if you are too busy to have time to try this, but vitamin E is found in the cells of the skin and many places in the body and is very healing for skin. It has been proven to help prevent scarring. So if you get a chance you can buy the gel caps and poke a hole in it and rub it in your hand at night while you’re sitting watching tv if that happens right now . That’s more sticky so I’d suggest buying a small bottle of pure vitamin E oil on Amazon and put that on at night and a cotton glove and let it soak in. It could help.

Our brain is the same. the older we get the more full that glass gets and so there’s not room for all the new stuff to fit in there! LOL! Besides, I was told this past year my cerebellum is shrinking and that’s at the base of my skull where the memory function comes from. So I have an excuse! Which I reminded my son today when he got irritated!
