If you listen to the entire performance closely, you can hear her taking more breaths than usual with a shakier voice that sounds slightly strained from trying not to cry. Faouzia performed this song so many times during her Citizen tour and live shows in China, she always execute that note perfectly and I can say that because I watched almost all of the clips from her tour. You can tell from the start of this performance she was trying to hold all of her emotions in.

Before, I thought of this song as being about loving someone and being so in love that you'll do anything for them, even if you don't always seem like a perfect match. This performance gave me a different interpretation. It makes me think of loving someone who is no longer living and wanting to give anything to be with them, almost like the story of Orpheus and Eurydice.
