With my whacky sense of things, I see a little boy's face down in the lower middle, right over the right side of the top of the trunk!. He has a cap on and a pearl for his nose and a wide smile. I love him and he adds life to this beautiful tree. What a lovely piece of work and creativity.

Ive done this,too! With jewelry and buttons. I used velvet for the background, but i might try this for a different look. And i never thought to paint the buttons. 😊 Great project.
