This happens with most of the people in India. I had suffered from the same thing in my office where I was working in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. When you work there are a lot of challenges that comes in your life, but if you hired a person that you have to give them their salary.

The way these actors are so confident and upfront proves that they are right. for the people who are saying ki phele kyu nhi bola 15 saal phele kyu nhi bola, everyone has their family to feed eventually. They got fame they got recognition on a huge level across entire Nation only because of their exceptional talent in them, they deserve respect and value.
At no workplace, any one should treat employees, actors like this, they are there because of some reason, talent, skill. No doubt, this is why most of the prominent actors chose to leave the show despite getting known. It's because of the strong cast that the show managed to run 15 years despite being humiliated, tortured . Shocking to witness the level of hypocrisy in the show, for the audience it's the moral core values, harmony, peace, equality, and Within the tmkoc system, it's the opposite, when this show ends, surely more actors will come up and accept the same.

They live the characters, they make the show I know writers are also important. If we start our career we ourselves tolerate every single command from our boss as we say we will have to we are freshers after gaining some experience we have confidence same goes to them also. Don't know what's true what not. But this show has been in Top 10 TRP list in last so many years. This is something extraordinary.
I feel it's true because a lot of actors just left the show in a very short period of time.

People might not believe but assistant professors are treated like dogs in private engineering colleges by the management. HOD's harass teachers. That's y I resigned my job long back. It really hurts especially when you love your job. My husband is in IT, he says it happens in IT field too.

So genuinely,this is all clear after so many cast members left there was really a reason...they all were working for us....to entertain us.....and after the new tappu left it was so clear that he wasn't able to adjust.....also the script and episodes are not interested anymore!!
