In RE owners manual under Warranty section: Failures occurred due to use of non recommended grade lubricants, fuel or improper level.
I believe it means only the recommended grades are required, not mentioned about use of other oil brands. So stick with the SAE 15W 50 API SL Grade JASO MA2 engine oils.

Service centre people warranty void krwa dege whenever they will find out any other brand engine oil is used in bike though this is best engine oil but we cant change their terms and conditions..sad reality😓

2 dekho aap service center se baat kar lo ki charge me for oil but let me put this oil issue engine will be 500% more smoother that before.. Warranty alag grade ka oil daalne se hoti hai yeh same grade ka oil hai.

My running is very low . Roughly 4000km in a year. After using this oil I have to change oil after every six month or after one year
Kya mai 1st servising me is engene oil ko use kar sakta hun ya 1st service ke baad.
Service centre to mana kr deta hai ki ye oil nahi dalege hum aur bahar se service karwayege to wo tappet adjust aur baki gas kit wagera change nahi kr payege aur bahar bike khulwana sahi nahi to kya service centre pe wo log ye oil change kr denge?
Sir at 600 km i changed the engine oil of RE (at 500 km first service was at show room)to motup 300v 15 w 50 through local mecahnic and thereafter i go to the show room today (at 1800 km )for tappet adjustment, the service person notice that the engine color of 300v was yellow ,which can easily identify by the service person it was not RE engine oil and thereafter he asked me why change oil ,you change the oil other than RE oil your warranty will not be applied .MY QUESTION: How we can fill the oil of 300V
Without knowing of service person .( evethough after running of approx 1200 km (600-1800) clour was not changed to black ,it was show yellow clour ).PLS REPLY ME SIR
Today i also went for 3rd service and they don’t allow you to switch from RE oil to any other third party product. If i forcefully do the oil change from outside it will void the warranty. Guess we have no option other than to use recommended oil by RE now for 5 long years. Well its better to go with RE oil instead of going against and void the warranty.

How about this one? GULF POWERTRAC 4T SAE 15W-50 - Synthetic Engine Oil for Motorcyles [2.5 L] ? It’s also not that costly too.
Can u please give details of this oil in comparison to that mentioned in service manual ? Service manual recommends JASO MA 2 SEMI SYNTHETIC oil.

Brother it is very hard to find correct grades in Synthetic oil in Liqui moly for royal Enfield.

that is the correct procedure change oil every 5000 Kms as it increases the life of the engine .

Siri have used this oil and there is no warranty void till the time you are using the same grade oil .Depends on service center to service center.

Hey Sir. I talked about this to the nearest dealer, they denied to do so nd they told me that everything in Royal Enfield is online, if engine oil price r not reflected in the service bill, then ur warranty will be void. I talked to Royal Enfield customer care also, they told me the same. I argued with them that it's not written anywhere that we have to use RE engine oil only. It's mandatory to maintain the grade. But they denied nd told me that no, u have to use Royal Enfield engine oil only to get use of warranty. Kindly give a light on this.
Hi rahul. I experienced the same. I used the same oil and unfortunately i lost my clutch plate bcs of the bike. Within 2 days nd they strongly recommended not to use any other brand to keep the bike healthy for long run. Its been 5 months and i have completed 5k+ and i am preferring to stay with the RE oil.

During my first service can I take the mutual oil as suggested by you to service centre and ask them to put that. Will they allow and my warranty will be intact ?
Sir it all depends on the dealer , if they dont allow to aap service karva lena unse and bahar oil drain karke apna oil dalva lena simple ., No Warranty issues .

Nhi bhai service centre wale dusra oil nhi dalenge you have to wait till 4th service..jab aap 4th and last free service karvane jaoge tabhi aap sirf service kara lena kyuki 4th free service me oil change karana mandatory nhi he isliye aap 4th service company se karwakar aftermarket oil use kijiye.. company ki policy sirf 4 service tak he hoti he iske bad aapko jaha se bhi service karani ho aap kar sakte ho aapke warrenty pr kuch affect nhi hoga.

Azhar ji whatever oil you use if you want good life of your bike change it at 5000Km irrespective of bs4 ,bs6 or bs3 as lubrication becomes weak at 5k and that is the time when parts start getting worn so if you change the oil engine is like brand new.

Sir I have purchased motul300v 15w50 engine oil form Flipkart but how I know whether it’s a original or fake engine oil
Pankaj ji check on the oil at the side it should bear a stcker with importer name atlantic and it should also bear the manufacturing date and it is made in france .
Company refused to put this oil in bike . They said this oil decline bike engine warranty . Please help me sir how to put this oil to engine.

bs6 engine are low on maintenance. you don’t need frequent oil changes. old logic is for older engines. unless and of course its all done just for peace of mind.

Counter sale mein jaake meteor ka oil filter le loo and bahar se oil change kar lo aap gaadi ki life bani rahegi and ur service center guy is a theif putting oil out of the service interval just to make money.

sir may counter pe bhi jaake oil filter purchase karne ke liye gaya tha... par counter se bola oil filter sale nehi hoga... yeahi se oil change karoge to hum log change kar denge but sale karna mana hay. then may liquid gun hi dala service centre se with oil filter... may dusri service centre me bhi jaake oil filter manga tha par wo log bhi sale karne se mana kar diya... isi liye apse puch raha tha, agar koi rasta ho to...

And I live in mountains where the temperature stays around -6 to 20 at max. What would you suggest sir, would love to hear from you 👍
Yes you can use the oil however do give the vehicle a cold start in hilly regions for atleast 2-3 minutes before riding .

@@Realfistfi8 congratulations 🎉 delivery ke time I got 11 km run but that was ok, everything was good. And Haryana Panchkula me I got it at 2.45 on road with crash gaurd installed. Delivery was in December 2021 so you can expect a little hike in on-road price.
