What waste school should be ashame some family can not afford to buy supplies .and to have school toss them out ..save them for kids who can not afford them
The teachers are the ones who end up buying those things.
Classrooms are small with limited stoarage, you cant save everything or start a new school year cluttered

So happy that you were able to rescue the books. So far, we haven't found anything in the school dumpsters. We rescued a bunch of bottles of hand soap from D.T. Those will be donated to some families who lost their apartments to a fire this weekend.
Was the fire in Miami, FL? Because a guy here in Miami, had an argument with a security officer in a government assisted apartment building and tried to burn some proof against him. He ended up burning down the whole building, and now the government won't help them anymore, so they're basically homeless.
The printing press and computers have been invented (ebooks). Let it go. Disney made a whole song about this!

Those books are ones owned by the teacher for their own collections. Likely no other teacher wanted or missing pages.
Its such a shame your finding those wonderful books in a school bin, i never once bought a teacher a gift for this exact reason
Not just at the schools you should see the main office trash bins. Printing paper and printers laptop boxes of pins markers glue dividers they do that every end of the school year to report that all that was used to get more funding.

Unfortunately we have to do a garage cleanup so pest control can get in there to spray so it stops the bugs getting into the house. I’ve been going through my husband’s things and crying. Glad you are able to save things. Hope you feel better soon ❤️🥰❤️
