I'm currently addressing C-PTSD issues and woke up wanting to listen to meditative, instrumental music that was tailored to relieved stress, promote mindfulness and, hopefully, provide momentum to some recent progress. I hit the jackpot as the choices were abundant! Maybe whoever is pulling life's strings guided me to choose this amazing piece. I love strings (!) and was easily and immediately swept into a waking dream state as the lush sound of a beautifully played, acoustic guitar with birds chirping away in the distance welcomed me to the early morning. Soon a cello ( or violin? ) added another layer of magic, and I found myself including this information in my Journal. I felt compelled to put down my writing and express my gratitude and appreciation for making this lovely music availble. So thank you.

This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. So I still have hope . Take care of yourself. You are loved. And I appreciate you. Be safe . Be happy and I wish to you all a good life. Never forget your worth and remember. Hard times have an end. I don't feel sad anymore which is a good thing! 😀 But I feel nothing now I got rid of my depression but I still feel nothing. But I know I'll be happy again, I just need to find my passion, spend time family, be myself, and trust God and I'll be happy again! If you feel the same way, just know, you'll get through it! God has a plan for all of us and we'll find our happily ever after! Like fairytales, there is always a conflict. But it leads to a happily ever after! You'll get yours! I promise! When it's raining, look out your window and smile and say: " I know the rainbow will come out and show me the way to my happily ever after. " We'll all be happy again, it won't be easy. But I know we'll all get our happily ever after!

I just woke up and I played this music and it's beautiful but also I feel like I can do anything I feel happy and positive I feel warmth in some sorta way I feel strength and I also feel that nothing can stop me and that all my bad thoughts and memories from the past are wiping away into a place with only happiness and I feel emotional and free. I feel a lot of things in this music and I love it. Yes it's a little shady and snowy and cold out side but this made it a thousand times better and brighter. Music like this helps to break through the stress of life for me. Mother dying of cancer & angry about it. Sister in last stage of Early On-set Alzheimer. Husband getting ready to ship first medical devices from his startup (he does try to be there for me and help where he can). Losing what is left of my family and take care them sometimes can be overwhelming. This gentle, beautiful music calms me and helps me to do what I must. Thank you for sharing you wonderful talent.
