Great disassembly walkthrough on a Medford, thanks.
That 14 spanner will also fit the hinderer xm18
Thanks! Much needed info.
This was a helpful video thanks dude
I want some of those cool boots for my Predator that you have on your clips.Nice!
thanks! micro cord
You just convinced me with your video to sell all my Medford‘s I did not realize how tight of tolerances they don’t have. If I would have known they use multiple washers to make up for the week ass tolerances I would’ve never bought one!!! thanks for the info!Hit me up I have about six Medford for sale now
sure, im guessing you'll sell them for much cheaper knowing theyre trash knives right? ;)
@@frenchbeans 100% I just gave one away yesterday
lol... tolerances are so tight & just like chris reeve knives, but medford has to use multiple washers to center the blade lmao
Whats odd is that Greg says they do tolerances down to the hundredth or thousandth, yet people have so many different washer configurations lol.
Right! That’s what I’m saying my production knives use the same part on every knife and they are all perfectly centered not one out of my last 250 had a center issue but they are machine down to less than 1/1000 of an inch variation
yeah, but to be fair after beating my praetorian t im impressed at how well it centers up
So the pocket clip screws needs an Allen wrench to remove them?
yeah!
Ok thanks. I hate pocket clips so I remove them from all my knives. I’m in the process of deciding between a Micro Praetorian and Praetorian Genesis. Just wanted to be sure the clip can come off.
@@shadowdemon5730it can come off, but the screw wont sit flush/will rub on the blade
Do you mean if I take the clip off and put the screws back?
More Medford vids plz
i'll try hahah
How were you able to order parts from them? I’d love to order a new pivot screw. I got a Genesis T on trade and the previous owner scratched it pretty bad. Did you just call and ask? Was it expensive? Great video btw!
sorry! i didnt see this, but just go ahead and email or call them, theyre friendly and professional
You mentioned washers in this video? But why were the washers not specified? It could be a type A plain washer perhaps or maybe a lock washer. This omission of detail reveals a deeply unsettling and honestly disturbing lack of attention to detail from the video creator that makes me shudder. As I’ve perused this users videos I seemingly wonder why does he even care about knives? When his mind drifts beyond the simple washer, how is he able to perceive the intricate details of the blade that he wields. While he was fiddling with his toys, I was actually studying the blade. Try harder next time
Rofl damn dude
