Put a dry erase board or chalkboard in the shop to put notes to self on where you put things and to do list. Memory helpers for us old folks. Save yourself time and aggravation.
I write notes and put them by the coffee pot..
I thought Cole washed the sprayers.😮
Just need to remember where the board is, and that you need to look at it ;)
One idea I like is someone put puck board up in their shop. Then when your working on equipment you can write lists with a dry erase marker right on the wall
DC isn’t old!! but with all those buildings and vehicles I’m surprised things don’t get lost more often, so the notes could still be good. DC’s mind works a lot like mine, and I can misplace things in a single room, but that’s not an age thing or a measure of intelligence.
My husband and I check daily for all Cornstar farms videos! We are enjoying seeing Daddy Mommy Cole and Nave and little Eddie. Need some Cooper and Summer videos. Would like to see what Summer has been up to. How is her chicken and garden doing?

I’ve been watching y’all since before Cole could shave, a Jr or Sr in high school. DC I’m a bed ridden (over 1 yr) retired minister, I thoroughly have enjoyed your videos over years. Y’all have a good job, raising your children, now you get to raise your grandchildren….lol big smile I’ve got great grandchildren….
Washing the sprayer is like washing windows. There is always spots that get missed.

4:07 🤓 I’m a Professional Yacht Detailer. You should go top to bottom front to back in sections. Wash then rinse and move to the next section. Re rinse any soap that deflected rinsing neighboring sections as you go. 🤔In this case it’s even easier with your soap system that doesn’t need brushes. Guys, please make sure you do not wear your work boots while you're in the house. The pesticides and other chemicals left on your soles transfer to the the floor where the kids and dogs spend lots of time. I was a cop for 35 years, and I always left my boots outside, as trained in the police academy.
Daddy cornstar , as a topic to talk about , I heard you briefly talking to cole when doing a field inspection about yield difference when you and your dad farmed .
Can you tell us if what sort of yield differences there has been with the management and different styles the boys have bought into the farm .
Is the farm performing better per acre now , yield wise ?
And are Input costs then versus now compared to yield, much different nowadays ,.
Obviously relevant to prices at the time .

what's the science behind wearing protective gloves when working on the nozzles but don't protect the eyes when power washing the sprayer which will hit you with a few splatters that might even carry some left over chemicals previously attached to the sprayer? 🤔

Next time you take something apart take a picture of where you placed them…. Believe me I can’t tell you how many times that has happened to me
DC, that's not a free meal. It's part if the price of your very pricey seed. My chemical companies, implement companies, seed companies, and even one of our water districts have these meals, but the price of the meal is also listening to their latest advertisements for new, higher priced products. With some of the latest cotton and watermelon seeds, I can't even afford to plant them wirhout guaranteed water availability which it is not.
When you get a good older van or truck,they are much better made and parts are easier to come by.
The reason you couldn't remember where you put the spray tips is that right after you put them on the shelf, you ran into an alien, and it erased your memory so you wouldn't remember meeting it.

Not meaning to be confrontational, but the variations of pronunciation across these 50 states is a wonderful thing, partly it signals where you come from and partly it’s who your forefathers were. Sadly we are losing this, I equate this to the McDonaldization of our country due to TV, movies etc. Just like I love TexMex food from the southwest and Philly steak sandwiches or Southern BBQ and would hate to have everything be just a bland boring interpretation of the original. I had farmer friends (sadly long gone) living in Illinois who pronounced Iowa as I-O-WAY. Love the regional differences
