Does anyone have the knowledge that is this song free, or is it copyrighted?
I have so many brilliant ideas with this song for my live actions.

It is copyrighted (it's from the movie after all). But if your live actions are not commercial then you shouldn't have any issues (in theory).

Well obviously/presumably yes, it is copyrighted, but this song wasn't in the movie, for after all for example this is a remix of the actual song.
Either way, it would have been great to use this song.
Would have had an excellent idea for this song in it's entirety.

But theorically that could work too, but there might be possible copyright issues, unless if the sure mind was clear about is this free or not, for i think it could go into the copyright strike's side if i used this, by either the company of the makers of sherlock holmes movie, or the remixer.

Funny question, but do you think it's worth the try to just quickly "borrow" this song?
Keep it as a "hush" mode afterwards, and see what is going to happen? :D

Yeah, it's not from the movie indeed, but from the official OST. So it's must be copyrighted. To be sure about the usage details you can contact Antonius or better the studio/label itself. All I know is that YT already claimed it (as you can see in this video describtion - if it shows track name in the "Music" row, then here we go) ^^
