That is Wisil herself. She is the sister of Stone...PNG's sprinter as well. Unfortunately, relay is a combination of speed & team work. I guessed PNG did well, but, Wisil made a mistake that no one believed she could have made at this relay. But she is one of the great runner & sprinter in the Pacific.
