Shimla is a lost case now. I am from Himachal. Shimla has no ground water table. In few years people would start migrating fue to lack of water. Also there is no well equipped parking areas and road infrastructure is not contained for ghe increasing population.
Its better to settle in Palampur/Mandi/Kullu etc.
