Actually, fake news and cyberbullying are two "hot" and emergent topics in which a vast number of IT/IS scholars have been made efforts to examine. In TSWIM 2019, Professor Christy who serves as current editor-in-chief of the Journal of Internet Research has presented her study to uncover the mechanisms underpinning cyberbullying. However, this study only takes a look at Facebook which cannot represent all online and social networking sites. Therefore, she tremendously encourages further studies to address this topic.
In my opinion, doing social research for IT/IS disciplines are not easy stuff as it requires a lot of resources, efforts, and patience. And, your financial status cannot be ensured by taking it as your main occupation. However, it is extremely necessary to have such valuable works on cyberbullying in order to control the fatality caused by "childish and foolish" behaviors.

Dang it I just can't stand the woman speaking at 10:30. Can't believe those blaming words were actually come out of a woman's mouth. Those victims of sexual harassment, it wasnt their wish to be recorded in sex tapes. Those tapes were leaked out without their CONSENT. Curiousity is a nature of human being, but it is not an excuse for any of the bad behaviours. Human is the evolution, because human can consider and decide the way they would act REGARDLESS of their nature. Instead of blaming who is at fault, you should direct women, especially young girls, in a proper manner, like what they should do to protect themselves, to avoid these kinds of situations, to know what their rights are and what should be done if they got involved in sexual harassment.
