What a wonderful Birthday Gift!! Thank you for having me in DExus, it was a pleasure injecting you with the JoJo virus, can't wait for you to finish the series so you can catch all the references I put in the names and see why I chose certain animations!
@@jezierskioliwier2212 Simple all of them. It is simply the reverse of when a stand is many smaller entities. All of the smaller entities are still the stand.
This is awesome! Also, nice reference for fighter's third copy ability evolution (lol). I hope there will be a copy ability evolution episode for the animal copy ability from squeak squad and/or perhaps the mirror copy ability where it could reference dark meta knight in some way. Anyways have an awesome day
Now here’s a interesting idea I’m recommending, so you know how bandana waddle Dee increases their power depending on what evolution level Kirby has. Well maybe bandana waddle Dee can also get a evolution with his trusty spear. So if you select 2 players a waddle Dee statue will appear in the abilities area holding a spear and wearing a bandana. Just a idea to consider. I do really like the artwork for Kirby wearing all these hats it’s great.
ANOTHER GREAT EPISODE tbh idk why fighter wasnt in fl in the first place also despite fighters 2nd evolution being unrealistic, a kirby jojo refrence is funny as hell
I was initially confuzzled as to why the walking JoJo reference didn't take inspiration from Void Termina in regards to the design of Kirby's Stand... but then Termina Fighter showed up. Another great episode, DExus! Also, I don't care how intentional it is, Boxing Fighter is literally just Kirby after inhaling Chipple from the Klonoa series. I don't make the rules here.
Not going lie spirit fighter is basically that one meme some people hear when watching a radom meme but for people knows the anime just tell me in comments and yes its only for the people watches that anime
So I decided to rewatch these episodes again because these actually made me think about how Kirby Copy Abilities could be implemented outside of the traditional Kirby 2D Platformer. But overall thoughts on the abilities looked at so far: Beam: I feel like Beam's basic swing would be better as a horizontal attack than a vertical one. Other than that, this one seems fairly solid. The enhanced abilities feel like a good expansion on the ability itself. Parasol: I'd say holding crouch/guard and the attack button in the air would probably be better for Parasol Dive. Plus, I imagine Parasol Shield could either be held while you move (like how fire and ice breath work) or you stay stuck in that spot until you let go of the button. I feel like Whispy Parasol is a tad too drastic of a gameplay change in comparison to the rest of Parasol. Otherwise, this is solid. Ball: I like the new additions to Ball's moveset here. I think Sports Ball is a cool idea for enhancement, but I feel like that might be too RNG dependent considering just how many sports are represented here and no real way to guarantee any of them being picked. That last two enhancements are pretty cool, though I have to wonder how the Paintbrush part will work. Spark: I have nothing bad to say about this one. I think it's really clever to call back to Air Ride for the second enhancement. I feel like the Spark Wave would probably have to be homing like the Star Bullets in this game. Stone: A pretty decent pick, with decent enhancements. Stone's a fairly simple ability, so I imagine it's low priority for returning, and likely why it didn't make the cut. Light: An interesting ability to call back to (I also like how he has sunglasses now), but I feel like it's redundant because of Lightbulb Mouthful Mode. Wheel: I feel like this ability gets made redundant with Car Mouthful Mode. Otherwise, I could see this working. Hi-Jump: Hi-Jump? In this very much not vertically oriented game? Good luck with that. I like this ability as much as the next guy (I like the cool cape), but this ability very much cannot work in this game specifically. Fighter: I feel like this ability very much could be implemented. I think the second form is really funny, but probably might be seen as too on the nose in regards to a reference to the source material. But it'll always be here in *spirit* Mike: I feel like this one really struggles to justify its inclusion in this game, feeling like Crash with extra steps. I imagine they picked Crash over Mike because of the Time Crash gimmick. To DExus, don't get discouraged by any of what I'm saying. Especially since like I said earlier, your videos are making me brainstorm my own ideas for Kirby Abilities (just not in the context of Forgotten Land). If you sat down and read this far, thanks for listening to some random guy's thoughts on your ideas.
This is the kind of constructive criticism I love to see. Thank you! A lot of the demotions you pointed out were conscious decisions actually, lol. While the series is based off Forgotten Land, I've always viewed these working on a sequel that keeps Waddle Dee's Worshop, with ability evolutions, while not having any mouthful modes, and having the game be built around these abilities (like Hi-Jumo for example). And as the intro the every episode states, the goal is to cover every ability, regardless of how dumb they are in the context of 3D, them being redundant due to Mouthful mode, and how dumb they are in their source.
For Termina Fighter, Kirby should start with only his phase 1 moveset but gains access to his phase 3 moves the first time he reaches low health in any level, as well as a slight boost to speed/rapid-fire and attack power (to make it more like the Soul Melter/Soul Melter EX counterparts)
Go wish this episode's guest, Savi The Gamer, a happy birthday!!
Happy birthday to him!
Happy birthday!

is that a jojo reference
W-WoNDerFul !??!?!
You made such a good ability
I wish I was in one of his videos
I cannot believe they put they put a depiction of Kirby’s heroic soul on a copy ability. Also Kirby having a stand is kinda funny.
Wait, if kirby gets split mass attack style, and they get spirit fighter, who gets pink floyd?
@@jezierskioliwier2212 Simple all of them. It is simply the reverse of when a stand is many smaller entities. All of the smaller entities are still the stand.
Y'all for real made Kirby a stand user. My dreams have been fulfilled.

Kirby references animes a lot! Who knows if some day they'd sneak a Jojo reference somewhere 👀

Unintentionally Klonoa references are always welcome!
Poison would be a pretty cool copy ability to have evolutions, but I don’t know what they could be.

Fair enough. I could totally see certain abilities working in a game without Mouthful Mode.
Yeah I feel like a vertical beam might be too difficult to aim, unless they give it a huge hitbox or smth

as a huge fighter fan
the fact it ends with a jojo reference is peak
Took a break to finally watch this video series. Made it to this one and I absolutely adore Boom Mike kirby's design and concept!
Yoooo let’s go!
For the final evolution of Fighter, I'd choose HR-D3 as its design inspiration. It would be called HR-D3 Fighter
YES! YES!
DEXUS!!! GIVE US WATER, FESTIVAL AND ESP NEXT, AND MY LIFE, IS YOURS
Don't think anyone guessd Kirby would be a stand user
Should you do festival or new abilities mecha and sand
He's back!
I wasn't expecting dexus to pull a jojo reference for fighter
This is nice! ^^
Why you dont come back with "They'll never be in smash"
Wrestler ability evolutions
Base: Wrestler
Power: 2
Rapid-Fire: 1
1: Mucha Wrestler (Based on Mucha Lucha)
Power: 2
Rapid-Fire: 2
2: Muscle Wrestler (Based on Kinnikuman)
Power: 4
Rapid-Fire: 3
Boss: Flexer Wrestler (He was in Mass Attack so it counts)
Power: 5
Rapid-Fire: 2
My favorite copy ability has been *mike* for a long time
Can you please remaster om nom's moveset like you did with red?
will we get a megolor final evolution?
I love how its a Jojo reference lmao
Kirby's Pink Floyd heroic punchy boy
The smash ability should have been fighters last evolution
