Sometimes my dear, your situation is about God allowing for you to "persevere" . God the Father told St Catherine of Sienna that He perfects us thru perseverance. He said that If I don't give u anything to persevere thru how can I perfect you?... Sometimes it's about spiritual blindness. Sometimes you haven't asked... Ask for the GRACE to have more hunger. Grace is the super-power of heaven! These are some of the possibilities that you can discern for MORE of Jesus.... Call in the Holy Spirit to help you with that discernment! (John 14:26- says the Holy Spirit will teach you EVERYTHING!)

My dear even I have gone through worst episodes of fear and depression, everyday With churning thoughts it was hard for me to pass each day, but Jesus lives and He is aware of your pain. Go for regular confession and receive the Eucharist and talk To Him after receiving Him, like you would when you start explaining your condition to others. Pray the rosary more often, EACH TIME YOU SAY THE HAIL MARY SAY ‘Mama Mary take me closer to your son’. Talk to Her more often She will guide you. Praying for you🙏🏻
You might want to pray this prayer, he recommended this, "Precious blood of Jesus Christ, save us and the whole world" at least 500 times a day I am trying to do my 10 times everytime i feel sad and anxious, it is powerful! Trust in the Lord and pray in faith. It has done great things to me and i'm sure to you too. Do not forget to ask the help of our Lady, She is always there ready to hug you and bring you closer to Jesus Christ.

Saint Teresa of Avila is patroness for headaches, also you can offer your sufferings in union with the Holy wounds, in particular the crowning of thorns as reparation for sins and offenses , salvation of souls , or souls in purgatory, your suffering is redemptive. God Bless
