Suran Kofta Curry Ingredients
For Kofta
जिमीकंद - Elephant Foot Yam - 300 grams
नमक - Salt - 1 tsp
हल्दी - Turmeric - ½ tsp
नींबू - Lemon - ½ no
नमक - Salt - ¾ tsp
हरी मिर्च- Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
अदरक - Ginger - ½ inch, grated
धनिया पाउडर - Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
लाल मिर्च - Red Chilli - ¼ tsp
अमचूर पाउडर - Dry Mango Powder - ½ tsp
बेकिंग सोडा - Baking Soda - ⅛ tsp
बेसन - Gram Flour - ¼ Cup
For Gravy
सरसों का तेल - Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
काली मिर्च - Black pepper - 5-6 nos
लौंग - Cloves - 2
दालचीनी - Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
बड़ी इलाइची - Large Cardamom - 1 no
तेज पत्ता - Bay Leaves - 1 no
जीरा - Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
टमाटर - Tomato - 2
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 1
अदरक- Ginger - ½ inch
हल्दी - Turmeric - ½ tsp
धनिया पाउडर - Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
कशमीरी लाल मिर्च - Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
कसूरी मेथी - Fenugreek - 1 tsp
ताजा दही - Fresh Curd - ½ Cup
नमक - Salt - ¾ tsp
गरम मसाला - Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
हरा धनिया - Coriander Leaves
