If a bird from 2000m away coughs in your direction you lose all momentum and the 100% air control, basically making it useless, plus having a way longer CD than before.
Went back to look at the match stats, no one on their enemy team has spirit resist above 25%. 3 enemies had spirit resistance of 7% or less. You got a tad lucky there, lash starts to feel so much worse once everyone on their team has high spirit resist.
imagine watching a 30+ min match, being aware that elo exists and couter buying should be common use in said elo. then typing a comment about luck when its incredibly evident that the enemy team just refused to buy into shields lmao
just a high value item to bunch of characters, you see many players buy high velocity mag and eventually pristine emblem on multiple heroes. pristine emblem gives spirit power and spirit resist which is useful as people get tankier over the game. so tldr: high velocity mag makes pristine emblem cheaper what gives both gun viabilty and stronger abilities like ground strike to win more fights.
Please, I love your videos but your audio seems to get quieter every video. Its always better to have a louder stream/video because you can always turn it down. Anyways, game on gamer
Is it just me or is mystic shot one of the most shit items. It has such a long cd for a small amount of dmg that can be wasted on a missed shot. You can probably get any other 1250 items that will make up in bullet dmg more than the spirit dmg done by mystic shot.
The reason you use it on lash is his second upgrade for his first ability gains a short knock-up, so they cannot escape so you slam>guranteed mysticshot>flog/cold front item. This allows you to get insane burst relatively early. It also is helpful for farming, and better players like Mikael probably hits the bonus pretty often honestly.
As for why he uses it aswell on paradox is probably a similar ideology, same with headshot booster. He hits carbine>free headshot and mystic shot for yummy burst.
There're many reason why mystic shot is good. Really good stats (Weapon damage + spirit power) + good bonus damage early game. Also the passive scale with spirit and cooldown so that's why you always see people who goes a lot of spirit item later on choose to build mystic shot as their early spike that scale well with spirit items. Late game mystic shot has like 2-3s cooldown with 200-300 bonus damage which is a lot.
If you're getting hit by more than one big slam in a fight I have bad news for you, and it isn't that Lash is broken. An initial jump I can understand since he has so much mobility to drop on you unexpectedly, but if you're letting him go up and down on you constantly with huge slam damage you're just playing poorly. That or you're expecting to 1v1 a character who's built to slap most of the roster in a 1v1. Either way I have no pity, buy Etheral Shift/group/have some object permanence if he disappears after the first slam. Slam is not a big damage ability for a whole fight unless you let it be one, you can literally just roll out of its path as long as you track where he is.
@@Wildcat12 i think the height scaling should get changed a bit getting 250+ dmg in first mins by doing a simple falling wall jump is kinda nuts, coming from someone who plays lash
@@itzdrdabber2115 Its just so easy to watch him shambling up mid, and his super early game (one ability) is so weak if he picks the slam that it's not like he's gonna kill you afterwards. Lash needs 2 abilities for one of them to work decently barring a lot of setup, and most good players prefer the sustain from flog so he can't even do this typically until he has all basic abilities. Not to mention late game pure spirit assassin will take like 8+ max height slams to kill a moderately tanky person, this is assuming he has boundless spirit, mystic burst, and mystic reverb. If you mean he can do 250 with no items, just from a wall jump? No fucking way. Maybe if it's vs a pocket?
@@itzdrdabber2115 If the ability was harder to dodge I’d agree but it really isn’t. If you’re watching him and not wasting your stamina it should be extremely easy to dodge slams, especially in early game when he doesn’t have as much mobility, and it’s easier to know where he’s going to be since you’re still in lane. There’s a reason Lash has barely been touched for the last few months, he’s one of the most balanced characters in the game. The question is just whether or not people are willing to engage with the counterplay available. Plus full Spirit Lash isn’t even strong enough right now for the types of huge slams the original comment was talking about. Unless you’re super far ahead and against extremely squishy characters, it ends up being better to just go hybrid and finish people off with your gun after the initial burst. Though I hope that changes because I find Spirit assassin Lash way more fun personally.
I don't think he understands how this build works.... you should max out 2 first and then just fly in the air and shoot down on your enemies. When they're low enough, use your 1 to slam them to death.
Infernus screaming: "LET ME GO KRILL! AHHHH!" at 22:20 was bone-chilling.
